Charlotte de Witte returns with “The Heads That Know” featuring Comma Dee, out October 2nd on KNTXT in both vinyl and digital formats. Serving as the final single before the release of her highly anticipated self-titled debut album on November 7th, the track builds anticipation with its fast, rattling techno energy, layered with spacey sine wave textures, acid-drenched breakdowns, and a hypnotic synth line. Comma Dee’s poetic rap verses add an underground edge, making the single a standout set weapon. The vinyl edition also includes an exclusive acid rework.
The release coincides with Charlotte’s London city takeover from October 2nd–5th, where she will perform five shows in four days across diverse venues—from The Shard and Fabric to The Cause, Magazine, and one special TBA. Following the massive success of her NYC takeover, the London series celebrates her deep connection to the city and its rave scene, honed over more than a decade of performances at venues such as Village Underground, Tobacco Dock, Printworks, and Drumsheds, as well as numerous UK festivals.

The London crowd is special, and I’m looking forward to playing different sets in different settings to celebrate the launch of the third single from my upcoming album. Already a fan favorite since its debut at her secret Williamsburg Bridge pop-up in May, “The Heads That Know” captures the spirit of the underground. As Charlotte describes it: “It’s a poetic dispatch from the shadows. It’s for the ones who move with quiet power. This track is a tribute to the underground.
