Brazilian rising star BUJA (BR) takes a major step forward in his career with the release of “Hysteria,” his debut single on the flagship Dirtybird label, out now.
Built for peak-time dancefloor moments, “Hysteria” embraces the quirky, unconventional energy that has long defined Dirtybird’s signature sound. The track combines ringing melodies, punchy low-end grooves, and syncopated rhythms into a relentless club-ready cut that thrives on tension and movement. Equal parts playful and powerful, the record showcases BUJA’s knack for crafting controlled dancefloor chaos while introducing him to the label’s global audience.
Speaking about the release, BUJA said:
“’Hysteria’ is a peak-time tech house weapon with driving basslines and hypnotic vocals tailored for the club.”
The release marks another milestone in Dirtybird’s ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent from around the world, particularly from Brazil’s thriving electronic music scene. BUJA first joined the label ecosystem in 2025 with his Birdfeed release “Honey Trap” before further strengthening his relationship with the brand during the Dirtybird Flight Week Brazil Tour, where he showcased both his production skills and dynamic DJ performances.
His progression from Birdfeed newcomer to main label artist reflects the label’s longstanding philosophy of developing artists organically through collaboration, mentorship, and community-building.
At just 19 years old, BUJA has quickly emerged as one of the most promising young names in tech house. Since the release of “Honey Trap,” he has landed records on respected imprints including Repopulate Mars and Nervous Records, collaborated with Lee Foss, and earned support from influential artists such as Cloonee, CamelPhat, and Adam Ten, who have regularly featured his productions in their sets.
With “Hysteria,” BUJA delivers a statement release that highlights both his technical abilities and his instinct for creating high-energy club records, positioning him as one of the next breakout talents to emerge from the global house music underground.
