Breakaway Music Festival, presented by CELSIUS, is bringing its high-energy, multi-genre celebration back to Worcester, Massachusetts, for Breakaway Mass 2025. Set to take over both the Palladium Indoors & Outdoors on September 5–6, the two-day experience will feature 17 nationally touring acts alongside four rising local talents, delivering an unforgettable weekend of sound, culture, and community.
Headlining this year’s event are festival giants The Chainsmokers, bass maestro Subtronics, powerhouse DJ Diesel (aka Shaquille O’Neal), and genre-bending innovator ISOxo. They’ll be joined by a stacked lineup including ALLEYCVT, Audien, BONNIE X CLYDE, Cyclops, Dombresky, LAYZ, Mersiv, Myles O’Neal, OddKidOut, Oppidan, Shima, SIDEPIECE, Ship Wrek, and Westend.
Bobby Hendrickson, the viral personality behind @DJLoversClub, will host the weekend’s festivities, while local Massachusetts artists Beau Cruz, Breakbomb, Rivas, and RLPZ represent the festival’s ongoing commitment to spotlighting regional talent.
Breakaway Mass promises more than just music. The immersive fan experience will feature unique on-site activations including The Launch Pad presented by White Claw Surge, a Silent Disco stage featuring local DJs, branded bars, and interactive installations. As part of a massive 2025 expansion, Breakaway is hitting 12 cities nationwide, with new additions including Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Huntsville, and a soon-to-be-announced Northern California event. Kicking off with Breakaway Dallas on April 5–6, the tour will make its way to Phoenix (April 18–19), Tampa (April 25–26), Atlanta (May 16–17), Columbus (May 30–31), Minneapolis/Saint Paul (June 6–7), Grand Rapids (August 15–16), Worcester for Breakaway Mass (September 5–6), Philadelphia (September 12–13), Charlotte (September 26–27), Huntsville (October 3–4), and finally Breakaway NorCal (October 24–25).
Breakaway Mass 2025 is also one of 12 Breakaway festivals to accept cryptocurrency as payment, reflecting the brand’s cutting-edge approach to live entertainment.
