Bossanova Pop Makes Kid Froopy’s New Single ‘Easy Love’ Easy Listening

by The Freaks - Staff

Through times of stress, we as humans often look towards the things we enjoy the most to help us stay level headed and positive. Everyone has something that’s special to them that helps bring joy when they need it most. For some, it might be baking a fresh loaf of banana bread or watching as many movie marathons that your eyes can handle. For the average Electronic Dance Music lover, it definitely includes the release of brand new music to help uplift the spirit. While all events are on temporary hiatus, artists like Kid Froopy are still creating new sounds for us to enjoy.

Kid Froopy recently released his latest single “Easy Love”. The new track takes inspiration from synth-Pop and Bossanova and incorporates a unique layering of airy vocals. This will be the third single from his upcoming debut album “Silver, Silver” set to come out May 1st, 2020 via Deadbeats Records. The album includes songs written, performed, and produced by Kid Froopy like his previous two singles “Some Nights I Feel Like Crying” and “New In Town”.

A native of Des Moines, Kid Froopy started making music and producing in his spare time while he was in high school. He started to gain attention with his early remixes leading him to create official remixes for artists like Mike Posner and Carly Rae Jepsen. In 2017, Kid Froopy released his singles “Dreams” and “Drive Slow” on Deadbeats Records.
