Los Angeles-based indie electronic visionary Baby Jane has officially unveiled her long-awaited debut album, ‘A Grave Marked Strange’, out now across all major streaming platforms. Dropping fittingly on Friday the 13th, the project arrives with the euphoric early 2000s-inspired single “End of the Night”, which has already ignited massive buzz on TikTok.

A singular force in the experimental electronic scene, Baby Jane fuses hardstyle, jumpstyle, witch house, techno, and hard bounce across 16 boundary-pushing tracks. The result is an album that’s as cinematic and theatrical as it is deeply emotional. Co-produced with War Tourism, ‘A Grave Marked Strange’ weaves campy horror motifs with real vulnerability—offering a sonic journey that’s both stylistically bold and lyrically profound. Featured on the project is a standout verse from Damazein and additional guitar work from Matthew Michna on the haunting ballad “Sistine.”

“I wrote A Grave Marked Strange about the feelings of such intensity that walk the line between life and death,” explains Baby Jane. “It is the place where you meet your lover in pure bliss or agony outside the realms of convention and mundane life. At her core, Baby Jane is the protagonist I play in my fantasies—macabre and hopeless in nature, but holding out for reality to give her a reason not to slip into the other side.”

At the heart of today’s release is the high-energy anthem “End of the Night,” a viral hit that delivers punchy Eurodance nostalgia, complete with nostalgic synths and an adrenaline-fueled hardstyle kick. It’s a love letter to Baby Jane’s Eastern European roots, infused with modern club production and the emotional push-pull of inner conflict.

‘End of the Night’ is my attempt at reviving the carefree nostalgia of 2000s eurodance,” she says. “Inspired by driving around with my mom listening to Russia’s hit dance station Evropa Plus, the synths and hardstyle kick are meant to feel like dancing all night in a Lithuanian disco thrown in a storage unit. Thematically, it’s about the war of good and evil inside you when you give in to temptation—the fallout, and the plea for forgiveness.”

Born to Soviet immigrants, Baby Jane left school at 14 to pursue songwriting and later studied music production, carving out a lane that blends gothic house and cinematic textures with unapologetic experimentation. Her melancholic pop roots and DJ experience in the LA underground have shaped her into one of the most exciting emerging voices in electronic music. With nearly 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, a passionate online following, and a fanbase known as The Coven, Baby Jane is redefining the rules of rave culture—one visceral release at a time.

‘A Grave Marked Strange’ is out now on all major platforms. Follow Baby Jane on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to stay tapped into her ever-expanding world.
