Come August, ARISE Festival will be celebrating its seventh year at the beautiful Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado. This small, family-run festival packs a mighty lineup for 2019. Fresh Music Freaks put together a funky Spotify playlist with some of the best tunes from a few of the talented artists performing at ARISE. The playlist features popular tracks from headliners as well as smaller artists that many have never heard of.
ARISE hosts a diverse selection of music that is united by the trend of straying far from the mainstream. Tipper is playing two headlining sets, and his music ranges from Ambient Electronic to Breakbeat to Glitch Hop. Jam bands are another huge part of this lineup, with two sets from both Railroad Earth and Leftover Salmon. Beats Antique and CloZee bring unique global electronic beats to the stage. Then, there are artists like Homemade Spaceship throwing a little heavy Bass into the mix. Folk artists such as badass lady-duo Rising Appalachia are also on the lineup.
