British-Australian electronic duo AR/CO return with their radiant new single “Sound of the Sunrise”, a collaboration with Sistek, the Latin Grammy-nominated Chilean producer, out November 14th via Helix Records. The track merges AR/CO’s distinct, soulful vocals with Sistek’s dynamic production style—fusing Latin and Afro-house rhythms into a vibrant celebration of light, rhythm, and renewal.

As the UK-based duo Mali-Koa and Leo Stannard continue their evolution from acclaimed vocalists to emerging DJ-producers, AR/CO solidify their place at the forefront of the global electronic scene. Their impressive collaborations include “Ocean” with FISHER, “The Feeling” with Rudimental and PNAU, and contributions to the Grammy-nominated Kx5 album. Across their career, they’ve also worked with Tiësto, Alan Walker, Marshmello, Hayden James, Sub Focus, and Gryffin. Their breakout hit “Hot Air Balloon” surpassed 100 million streams, contributing to a catalog exceeding 280 million plays worldwide.

Sound of the Sunrise encapsulates the synergy between AR/CO’s melodic storytelling and Sistek’s percussive groove. With support from global tastemakers like Tiësto, BLOND:ISH, CamelPhat, Adriatique, Oliver Heldens, ARTBAT, and Vintage Culture, Sistek continues to elevate the presence of Latin electronic music worldwide. His resume includes official remixes for Karol G and Myke Towers, over 1 million followers, and landmark performances at Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, and Creamfields.

‘Sound of the Sunrise’ is a celebration of light, rhythm, and resilience — our soulful Afro-world anthem created with our friend Sistek to honor the end of summer and the energy that lingers long after the sun sets,” shares AR/CO.

The single follows AR/CO’s recent wave of success, with “Fire Fire” topping Spotify’s Viral 50 across 35+ countries, reaching #1 on Instagram’s Trending Audio Chart, #28 on Global Dance Shazam, and earning prime rotation on Capital Dance and SiriusXM.

Drawing influence from their Maori and Trinidadian heritage and British-Australian roots, AR/CO continue to blur the lines between indie electronic and commercial dance music. Their live presence has been equally strong — from joining Sub Focus at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend to supporting Kygo at Gunnersbury Park and The Chainsmokers at The Cause.

With more releases planned for 2025 and new collaborations on the horizon, AR/CO are proving they’re not just lending their voices to the dance world — they’re leading it.
