Apple Music has announced a groundbreaking live broadcast of Fred again..’s highly anticipated USB002 show in Lyon, streaming exclusively on Apple Music 1 this Friday, October 24, at 6:30 p.m. CET / 9:30 a.m. PT / 12:30 p.m. ET. Fans can tune in and listen for free at apple.co/FredAM1.
This marks the beginning of a new series of exclusive live audio broadcasts from Fred again..’s upcoming USB002 tour, bringing his performances to listeners around the world. Friday’s show will feature Floating Points and Caribou, offering fans a rare chance to experience the collective energy and atmosphere of these intimate yet globally resonant sets.
Each broadcast in the series will document a unique chapter of Fred again..’s evolving USB project, capturing the emotional spontaneity and collaborative essence that have made his live performances a phenomenon. For the first time, Apple Music will stream multiple shows directly from an artist’s tour, blending technology and culture to share these moments in real time.
Following the live broadcast, the sets will be available on demand in Spatial Audio via a new dedicated Apple Music page, allowing fans to revisit the performances in immersive, high-definition sound.
The Lyon show will also feature a newly unveiled stage installation designed by visual artist Boris Acket, first revealed at Fred again..’s Glasgow performance on October 3. The installation—a vast, kinetic fabric structure—moves and transforms dynamically with the music, creating a sensory experience that surrounds the audience in rhythm and motion.
