Toronto/Berlin producer and Big Trouble Records founder Andre Zimmer has quickly emerged as one of house and techno’s most in-demand talents, following his scorching fabric Records release with Carlita. Now, Zimmer makes his debut on DJ Tennis’s Life and Death label with the announcement of his 4-track Kwon’s Anthem EP, set for release on September 19, 2025.
Leading the charge is the EP’s first single, “Hypnotizing,” a piano-driven, ethereal cut that distills rave nostalgia into shimmering, emotive house built for peak dance floor moments.
Another highlight, “That’s Right,” has already been igniting dance floors worldwide. With early support from Peggy Gou, Dam Swindle, Massimilliano Pagliara, Alinka, Jorkes, Luigi Di Venere, and more — including spins at Panorama Bar and viral fan videos from Bella — the track is fast becoming one of Zimmer’s most requested productions.
Across Kwon’s Anthem EP, Zimmer demonstrates his range and ambition: hypnotic orchestral breakdowns, progressive trance textures built from Roland SRX patches on the title track, and a cosmic downtempo trip sculpted from a 707 jam on “Hours.” It’s a bold statement and a fitting first chapter on Life and Death.
With momentum surging from underground tastemakers and high-profile club appearances worldwide, Andre Zimmer’s DJ sets continue to showcase his ability to honor house music’s timeless spirit while pushing its boundaries forward.
