Factor B pres. Highlandr – ‘Particles / Are We Falling / Kingdom Burns’
“It’s always been an aspiration of mine to bring to life an event/extended set experience that allows me to showcase my own productions from the beginning of the night to the end. Over the past eighteen months I’ve been experimenting in the studio with new sounds and ideas. These are aimed at creating a hybrid feel that carries the elements from my ‘Factor B‘ sound, but into significantly lower paced material. This first EP is a showcase of just a few of the ideas that have been part of my sets over the past half year.”

More of the ripe stuff falling from his debut album tree, Craig Connelly unlocks the power of three through his new single. Joining the UK-based DJ/producer are Siskin — the recently formed musical sisterhood comprising of Suzanne Chesterton and Sue McLaren. A potent musical assembly by any measure, singers and sonic mechanics unite to devastatingly fine effect on ‘All For Love’.
Armin van Buuren x Blasterjaxx – ‘Tarzan’
Muscling its way into the club circuit, Armin van Buuren and Blasterjaxx’s ‘Tarzan’ is set to make an impact from the tallest tree tops to the ground beneath. Purple Haze – ‘Rosy’
Sander van Doorn’s alias Purple Haze is on the deeper, darker end of his own creative spectrum. Under this alias, he’s created some of our favorite club records of modern times. We’re pleased to say that his Anjunabeats debut, ‘Rosy’, is yet another bold statement for Sander van Doorn.
John O’Callaghan pres. Joint Operations Centre – ‘Meraxes / Mom I Don’t Feel So Well / Moonlight’
There’s a half dozen approaches that label supremo John O’Callaghan could’ve taken to befittingly trumpet Subculture’s double century release. If you were expecting him to crown it with some la-di-dah-chirpy, collab-heavy clubfloor roof-raiser though, you’re bang outta luck! No, it is to his best-known (and near career-long) alias that this milestone honour has fallen. Applying his moodiest, most forceful filter to SUBC200’s proceedings, up from the trance depths rises Joint Operations Centre and along with it come three new techno-logical marvels.

Solarstone x Future Disciple – ‘Monkey Mia (Remixes)’
If you’re expecting anything other than a transcendental, suck-you-in trance-trip, best think again! Halcyon circling piano notes, sub-Saharan chants, moving melodies, elegant key changes and a won’t-quit bassline combine on its new Club Mix expansion, all making for seven wholly unforgettable minutes of music. Given all this mind-expanding epic-ness, most spinners natural inclination will be to get ‘Monkey Mia’ as late-night/main-set as possible. Solarstone’s way ahead of you though, parachuting David Forbes into the track’s remix slot. Suffice to say Hal Stucker this is not! Through a top-end tempo, bass-surge, tech-flex, acrid acid and an absolute shirt ripper of a mainline, this sonic force of nature is very much the beast to Solarstone and Future Disciple’s beauty.
