AlienPark, the Venezuela-born dubstep producer and one of bass music’s most relentless rising forces, makes a decisive statement with MF, his debut release on Gud Vibrations, out February 13. The single aligns his aggressive, boundary-pushing style with a label known for high-impact bass music led by NGHTMRE and SLANDER.
Born Martin Pérez, AlienPark pivoted from early big-room house into dubstep around 2014, carving out a decade‑long presence in the genre with a clean yet feral sound that’s earned support from scene heavyweights including Excision, Illenium, Black Tiger Sex Machine, ATLiens, Bear Grillz, LAYZ, and more across labels such as Subsidia, Bassrush, Buygore, DPMO, and Rude Service. MF is built around crushing Square4 riddim bass voicings, unfolding as a maddening dubstep weapon that thrives on controlled chaos. Riddim sequences land like sledgehammers against a deep‑space atmosphere threaded with trilling laser motifs, metallic clanks, and glitchy modulations. Clever vocal chops punctuate the relentless forward motion, resulting in a weaponized blend of riddim, tearout, and heavy bass that’s both raw and meticulously designed—an unmistakable stamp of AlienPark’s sonic identity.
“This is one of those tunes that flowed together very naturally! I wanted to combine dubstep with that Square 4 riddim sound and I’m really stoked with the results,” AlienPark says of the track. “This song is always a standout in my sets and for it to be my first release on Gud Vibrations is the cherry on top! I’ve been looking up to NGHTMRE and SLANDER for years, so this is a big milestone release for me.”
A staple in his live sets, MF captures the ferocity that’s helped AlienPark steadily earn attention across the global bass circuit—now elevated by his debut on the imprint helmed by some of his long‑time influences. The single arrives on the heels of a stacked run of performances at festivals and venues including Lost Lands, BOO! Seattle, Fright Night Massive Baltimore, Spellbound SLC, Royale Boston, and more, as well as his own ‘Robots vs. Aliens’ showcase.
Born in Venezuela and heard worldwide, AlienPark’s journey from early experiments to refined dubstep craft has been defined by persistence, adaptability, and sheer force of sound. With releases across respected labels and growing support from tastemakers, MF stands as both a culmination of his past work and a launchpad for what’s next.
MF is available now on all platforms via Gud Vibrations.
