Kappa FuturFestival has unveiled a major expansion of its cultural programming for 2026 with the debut of Taverna Futurista, an immersive dining concept set to run across the festival’s three-day event from July 3–5 in Turin. Designed as a multi-sensory experience, the new addition will transform a dedicated space overlooking two stages into a meeting point for gastronomy, art, and music—bringing Michelin-Starred talent and regional Italian traditions into the heart of the festival.

Marking a new chapter for Kappa FuturFestival, Taverna Futurista draws inspiration from Italy’s Futurist Movement, reimagining the relationship between food, art, and contemporary culture within a festival setting. The three-day program will unfold through a combination of formal seated lunches and more fluid, standing evening dining experiences, offering complementary interpretations of Italian Cuisine.

The opening day, July 3, features a lunch tasting menu by Davide di Fabio of Dalla Gioconda, whose work is defined by precision and innovation rooted in gastronomic memory. The evening transitions into a Palermo street food concept by Tiziana Francoforte, blending Sicilian heritage with a contemporary edge.

On July 4, lunch is led by Francesco Brutto and Chiara Pavan of Venissa, whose Michelin-Starred and Green Star-awarded philosophy emphasizes sustainability, biodiversity, and zero-waste practices. Dinner follows with a Venetian Bacaro concept, translating the convivial culture of Venice into a dynamic festival environment.

The final day, July 5, presents a lunch by Enrico Crippa of the three-Michelin-Starred Piazza Duomo, internationally recognized for his refined, nature-driven cuisine. The program concludes with a Piedmontese Piola dinner by Dennis Panzeri of La Piola, offering a contemporary interpretation of local tradition.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Enrico Crippa shares: “I have always looked at Kappa FuturFestival with curiosity and interest. Bringing my cuisine to a music festival for the first time stems from the friendship and respect I share with Gigi, Juni, and Gian Luca. Taverna Futurista will be an opportunity to express my culinary vision in a new context, where music and emotion meet.”

Dennis Panzeri adds: “I have always attended Kappa FuturFestival for the music. This year, I am bringing my own, made of scents, seasons, and memories of the Langhe. Techno and cuisine have much in common: both bring people together and create moments that last.”

The project is led by creative directors Jacopo Dosio and Paolo Vizzari, whose combined expertise spans culinary storytelling, international media, and cultural programming. Together, they have positioned Taverna Futurista as an immersive platform that blends narrative, sensory exploration, and world-class cuisine—further elevating the festival’s cultural identity.

Set within the industrial and green landscape of Parco Dora, Kappa FuturFestival continues to evolve as a global hub for music, design, and contemporary culture. Ranked among the world’s leading festivals by DJ Mag in 2025, it attracts audiences from over 150 Countries and generates more than €30 Million annually for the local economy.

With the introduction of Taverna Futurista, Kappa FuturFestival expands beyond music, positioning cuisine as an integral part of its creative ecosystem. The experience will be accessible to all festival ticket holders, with reservations strongly recommended due to limited capacity.
