Dylan Brady has announced the forthcoming release of his new “Needle Guy” EP, arriving March 20 via Dog Show Records in partnership with Atlantic Records. The four-track project marks Brady’s first solo body of work since 2018, signaling a new chapter in his ever-evolving career.

Alongside the announcement, Dylan Brady has shared “Piñata Store MiniMix,” a new mix and performance offering an early glimpse into the EP’s sonic direction. Built from unreleased edits and forthcoming material, the mix acts as a preview of the project’s restless, club-driven energy.

The Needle Guy” EP follows a run of high-profile collaborations with ADÉLA, Benny Blanco, Charli xcx, FKA twigs, Skrillex, and xaviersobased, while also reflecting the momentum of his increasingly mythic DJ sets. The title track “Needle Guy” has already been circulating through club circuits and DJ playlists for months, building anticipation ahead of its official release, which arrived with a music video directed by Tim Lindecher of Live From Earth.

From his role as one-half of 100 gecs to his boundary-pushing solo output, Dylan Brady continues to redefine the edges of contemporary music. A St. Louis native, he first emerged with his 2015 debut album “All I Ever Wanted,” showcasing a sharp melodic sensibility beneath his digital maximalist approach. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2016 and forming 100 gecs with Laura Les, the duo’s 2019 breakout “1000 gecs” reshaped the landscape of experimental pop, with its 2023 follow-up “10000 gecs” cementing their global influence.

In recent years, Brady’s solo DJ work has expanded his reach across both international festival stages and underground club circuits, further blurring the line between pop innovation and club culture. Rather than signaling a new direction, the “Needle Guy” EP captures where Dylan Brady stands in 2026—at the intersection of forward-thinking production, genre-defying songwriting, and the physical energy of the dancefloor.
