Closing out a career-defining year, Eli Brown returns with the official remix package for his high-voltage techno anthem “Wavey,” originally released earlier this year as the official EDC Las Vegas 2025 festival anthem. Arriving December 16 via Insomniac Records, the four-track collection invites a global lineup of boundary-pushing artists—Linska, Turno, Charlie Sparks, and Tavatli—to reinterpret the record’s explosive energy through four sharply distinct club-world perspectives.

Leading the release is Linska, the London-born, Los Angeles–based producer quickly establishing herself as a commanding presence in techno and tech house. Her remix strips the original’s peak-time aggression into a darker, mood-driven statement, reshaping the vocal hook into a hypnotic, dancehall-tinged refrain. Sub-heavy pressure, piercing synth work, and spectral vocal textures give the track a cinematic feel, maintaining intensity while steering it into deeper, more controlled territory.

Reflecting on the rework, Linska shares, “The first time I heard the record was in the crowd during the main fireworks, just after I played my first EDC Las Vegas. Remixing it felt like a no-brainer. I wanted to keep the majority of the techno elements and make them work in a tech house arrangement while keeping the energy high like the original. The vocals are also a big nod to my roots. It feels like a full-circle moment.”

Momentum continues to build for Linska, whose recent appearances at EDC Las Vegas and HARD Summer have positioned her as a fast-rising festival favorite. With upcoming headline shows at Sound Los Angeles, Chasing Rabbits in Colorado, and Above in Sydney, alongside support slots for Gorgon City in Poland and Drumcode at Drumsheds in London, her remix arrives amid a global breakout. Her Beatport-charting single “Bad Boy” spent 176 days in the Top 100 and reached number one on both 1001Tracklists’ Most Heard Chart and Beatport’s Melodic House & Techno chart.

Taking the project in a completely different direction, Turno injects “Wavey” with full-force jump-up drum and bass energy. The Italian-born, UK-honed producer snaps the track into relentless motion, transforming the vocal into a rallying chant amid serrated basslines and propulsive drum programming. Designed for packed, high-sweat dancefloors, the remix channels the raw intensity that has made Turno a staple across global rave circuits.

With releases on Bassrush, Time Is Now, Drum & Bass Arena, Souped Up, and RAM Records, Turno brings the same kinetic drive that’s fueled performances at Printworks and Warehouse Project, as well as recent headline tours across Australia and New Zealand. His remix reframes “Wavey” as a rave weapon, reinforcing his role in shaping the current jump-up resurgence.

Adding further weight, Charlie Sparks delivers a punishing hard techno rework that distills the track’s rockstar bravado into a dark, high-impact bounce. Known for merging acid, industrial, and rave aesthetics, Charlie Sparks retools the central vocal into a symbol of constant movement and forward momentum. The result is volatile, relentless, and perfectly calibrated for warehouse settings.

An established force in contemporary techno, Charlie Sparks has scored multiple Top 5 Beatport records, including “Tatakai” and “Exploited,” while his breakout track “Welcome to London” has surpassed 30 million streams. His touring résumé includes appearances at Awakenings, Beyond Wonderland, and EDC, along with performances at Barraca, fabric London, and Hï Ibiza. With ongoing international tours across Canada, Australia, and Japan, plus a recent Mixmag Spain cover feature, his remix lands as another statement in an already formidable run. “I wanted to create the feeling of a rockstar bouncing around the world,” Charlie Sparks explains.

Rounding out the package, Tavatli brings peak-hour maximalism to the remix collection. The Los Angeles–based producer’s version explodes with razor-sharp synths, rattling percussion, and unapologetic festival energy. Operating at the intersection of techno and mainstage culture, Tavatli has earned support from Swedish House Mafia, Dom Dolla, Afrojack, and Tiësto, cementing his reputation as a fearless genre-blender.

“This track was made purely for maximum energy on the dancefloor,” says Tavatli. “It’s an honor to have an official release with Eli Brown.”

Since its original release in May, “Wavey” has become one of Eli Brown’s most impactful records to date, surpassing 3.5 million streams while earning major radio support from BBC Radio 1, Capital Dance, Kiss FM UK, SiriusXM BPM, and 538 Dance Department. Press coverage from Mixmag, Beatportal, EDM.com, When We Dip, and CULTR further cemented its status, while its role as the official EDC Las Vegas 2025 anthem underscored Eli Brown’s ability to fuse underground grit with festival-scale power.

With contributions from Linska, Turno, Charlie Sparks, and Tavatli, the “Wavey” remix package refracts the original through four distinct visions of modern club culture, spanning techno basements, drum and bass warehouses, and mainstage dancefloors. Each rework expands on the original’s impact, closing the year with a fitting evolution of one of techno’s most dominant records.

“Wavey (Remixes)” by Eli Brown is available now on all streaming platforms via Insomniac Records.
