The collaboration arrives on the heels of a breakout year for Restricted, who recently sold out a headlining Wasteland show in Los Angeles alongside Junkie Kid, while also storming through European tour stops in Portugal, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy. His return to North and South America continues to amplify the industrial and rawstyle energy that has made him one of the most in-demand names in modern dance music. At EDC Las Vegas 2025, his closing Saturday night set drew such a massive crowd that fire marshals were called in to control the overflowing stage—cementing his status as one of the scene’s fastest-rising forces.
The momentum shows no signs of slowing down. This summer, Restricted joins the lineup at the Teletech Festival in the UK and has already sold out solo headlining Teletech events across Manchester, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane, moving more than 17,000 tickets in just minutes.
Speaking on the new track, Restricted shares: “If ADHD was a track, it would be this. With all three drops, we wanted to make them completely different but still connected—while keeping the energy sky-high. We pulled inspiration from early hardstyle legends like Showtek and TNT, merged it with industrial/raw elements, old-school vocals, and plenty of fake drops. It’s been one of the highlights of my sets all summer.”
Echoing the excitement, Junkie Kid adds: “Working with Rhys on this one was so much fun. Since we use the same DAW, we’re always talking about how good—or bad—it is, haha.
