Factory 93, the powerhouse behind some of the most influential techno and house events in Los Angeles, has just announced the launch of Fixture—a bold new event series that returns to the roots of underground culture. Positioned as the baby sibling to Factory 93’s larger-than-life events, Fixture puts community at the center, spotlighting multi-hyphenate DJs and artists who shape nightlife from the inside out.
Launching on June 21 at Lot 613, Fixture kicks off with Chippy Nonstop’s high-energy Pep Rally party in collaboration with SORBET, an inclusive underground platform dedicated to movement, healing, and joy. The inaugural edition will feature a rare live set from Berlin-based LSDXOXO, along with performances from REDLINERS, and a B2B set between SORBET founder Shane Thomas and resident Miracles.
Unlike algorithm-driven lineups or star-studded headliners, Fixture focuses on local and global innovators—those who push boundaries in sound, style, and storytelling. It’s a queer-forward, community-first series that celebrates the cultural forces driving the underground forward. From DJs to dancers to grassroots organizers, Fixture aims to honor those who have been keeping the scene alive long before it gained mainstream traction.
“For Factory 93, this is a risky, intentional shift,” the Fixture team shared. “As the global house and techno scenes continue to expand, Fixture is our way of honoring the communities, collectives, and culture-makers who drive the sound forward from the ground up.”
Bringing a cohesive visual identity to the series is Serbian artist Marko Vuleta-Djukanov, known in nightlife circles as Floating Bstrd. His design work—shaped by ‘80s and ‘90s aesthetics and Yugoslav black wave cinema—has been featured by artists like Vladimir Ivkovic, Lena Willikens, and Manfredas. As a nightclub operator himself, Vuleta-Djukanov brings authentic underground energy to Fixture’s visual world.
Fixture is not just an event—it’s a platform. One that celebrates the unsung heroes of dance music culture and holds space for new voices to emerge, loud and unapologetic. This is the future of underground, and Fixture is ready to lead the charge.
