Elrow just announced the line-up for RowsAttacks! NYC and it’s out of this world!
After an incredible 2019 with back to back sold-out shows at Avant Gardner, #1 global roaming event brand, elrow returns on April 18th with RowsAttacks!. The third stop on their five-city North American tour, this will be their first NYC residency of 2020, featuring three stages to blast off to and an otherworldly space for elrow revelers to explore and inhabit. The event’s theme is a classic take and calls back to the absurdism of 1950’s sci-fi pop culture.
Keeping the throwback theme, elrow has recruited a couple of New York icons to lead the invasion. Legendary house DJs, Todd Terry and Victor Calderone will lead the charge on a retro journey through space, time, and House music.
Taking over “The Shed” for his epic birthday celebration, Victor will spoil the aliens in attendance with an open-to-close, marathon birthday set!!! With the event opening at 7 P.M. and ending at 6 A.M., that’s ELEVEN HOURS! Yasssss!! This birthday bash promises to be a multi-sensory extravaganza featuring elrow’s signature mix of far-out performers and space-age art installations.
“It’s been a great pleasure and honor to continue to work with the Elrow brand,” says Victor. “I’m really excited for the upcoming NYC show where I’ll be celebrating my birthday with an open to close set.”
Along with Calderone, music history maker, mover, and booty shaker Todd “The God” Terry will make musical miracles all night long with one of his infamous Classic House sets, where he’s known for running the gamut with deep cuts and unexpected mashups.
“Can’t wait to bring my house classics set to Elrow for my Mirage debut in my hometown of Brooklyn,” says Todd. “I played elrow Festival in Tenerife over the summer and was blown away by the production level!”
Flanking the mothership of Classic House, a fleet of artists will control the perimeters all night long. Hometown heavy hitter, Dennis Ferrer and a whole crew of New York’s own will host a global coalition, making the intergalactic journey to New York from all over the world, including Chile, Francisco Allendes; Germany, Matthias Tanzmann; The Netherlands, Chelina Manuhutu; Switzerland, Andrea Oliva; and the UK’s Michael Bibi, who will be making his New York debut; not to mention elrow residents from Spain, Bastian Bux, Dennis Cruz, and Toni Varga.
You’d be hard-pressed to find a more diverse lineup anywhere in the world. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m getting kind of excited!
RowsAttacks! is the most iconic theme to date from elrow. It’s the most anticipated theme that North American fans have been asking for.
