Forget EDC Orlando for your late-year house and techno festival fix – there’s a new titleholder for can’t-miss rave experience to wind down the festival season each year. RealMusic Events hosted a life-altering lineup of world-class DJs at Seismic Dance Event 2.0 on November 16 and 17, headlined by deadmau5‘s superior techno alter-ego, Testpilot; Eric Prydz‘s relentless techno alias, Cirez D; Mau5trap‘s techno gamechanger, i_o; and extraordinary Irish duo Bicep – to a crowd of less-than 5000 true-hearted ravers at the Austin American-Statesman newspaper venue.
The outdoor stage curated supremely energizing house music, while the indoor, warehouse-like stage reverberated with intense, immersive techno and electrified the scene with pure vibes channeling the ’90s rave community. Everyone showed up for the love of righteous electronic music to pump their hearts, fulfill their souls, party with likeminded expert-ravers, and dance through a transformative electronic festival paradigm.
