For those of you still unfamiliar with DMVU, get your shit together. The man has been releasing tunes that you’ve heard live from your favorite DJ’s for years (with such hits as “Bloccd” and “Dolphin Safe”). My first meaningful exposure to the Denver-based producer’s talents was his 2017 collaboration with Freddy Todd, titled “Dabbah”. Soon after, I stumbled upon the absolute heat that was “Tha Acid is 2 Loud” as well as his outstanding installment in the Deep Dark and Dangerous mix series, and was made into a proper fan.
Circus has done it again folks. The label is celebrating its 10 year mark in its campaign against silence and is commemorating this achievement with weekly track giveaways, so keep your eyes peeled for more of the same fire! Also, be sure to be on the lookout for a new EP from DMVU in the near future; he’s been hinting at it on his socials for a hot minute.
