Trap pioneers Flosstradamus and 4B join forces with rising artist 4URA on “THROWIN BOWS,” a collaboration bringing together three generations of electronic music talent. Combining Flosstradamus’ signature trap sound, 4B’s raw Jersey Club intensity, and 4URA’s melodic sensibilities, the track connects trap’s influential golden era with a fresh perspective. The single arrives November 6 via 4B’s imprint, MACA Records.
As trap experiences renewed momentum, a new generation of listeners is discovering the sound that helped shape electronic music and festival culture. For 4B and Flosstradamus, that history is deeply rooted in their own careers.
Flosstradamus helped bring trap from Chicago’s underground scene to international festival stages through landmark releases and remixes, including Major Lazer’s “Original Don,” “Mosh Pit,” “Soundclash,” and “Prison Riot.”” His career has also connected electronic music with hip-hop through collaborations with artists such as Post Malone, Lil Jon, and Waka Flocka Flame.
For 4B, the journey began in New Jersey’s club scene, where regional sounds, hip-hop, and electronic music helped shape his distinctive style. His breakout track “Pop Dat,” produced with Aazar, became a defining trap release and festival staple. The two artists’ shared musical roots have carried into years of back-to-back performances, fueled by heavy bass, hip-hop influences, and the high-energy chemistry that makes their collaboration a natural fit.
4B shared his excitement about the release and how the track came together:
“Super excited to get this song out. I worked on this with 4URA early on well over a year ago, and it fit as a perfect show opener for the tour I was doing with Flosstradamus last year. Curt jumped on the collab and we were able to bring all of our styles together for this Trap / Jersey Club banger.”
Now representing the next chapter of trap’s evolution, 4URA is building an international presence of his own. The rising artist has accumulated more than 30 million global streams, with multiple tracks surpassing one million streams. His music has received DJ support from Marshmello, DJ Snake, RL Grime, Flosstradamus, 4B, and Adventure Club.
Recent milestones include performing on the Kinetic Field main stage at EDC Korea 2026 and releasing his SPNOUT EP through Joytime Collective, the label founded by Marshmello. With his audience expanding throughout Korea and Asia, 4URA is preparing for his U.S. debut in 2027. He also released an official remix for K-pop group NCT 127 on October 17, 2026.
The collaboration reflects the community 4B continues to cultivate through MACA Records and 4B & Friends, bringing artists from different generations together. With Flosstradamus and 4B representing trap’s influential history and 4URA introducing a new perspective, “THROWIN BOWS” arrives as a reminder that the genre’s evolution is about more than revisiting its past. It’s about carrying its sound forward and introducing it to a new generation.
