FrostTop Returns to Gud Vibrations with Explosive New Single “Haven”

Long Beach producer FrostTop pushes the boundaries of modern bass music with “Haven,” his latest single arriving November 28 via Gud Vibrations. Known for bending trap into razor-sharp, unpredictable forms, FrostTop reenters the label with a track that balances meticulous engineering and raw instinct. This marks his first release on Gud Vibrations since 2021’s “Dream State” and “Blood Moon,” following the momentum of his acclaimed six-track Reform EP, which earned praise from UKF, Dancing Astronaut, Run The Trap, FUXWITHIT, and radio support from Alison Wonderland, Hekler, and Moore Kismet.

“Haven” distills FrostTop’s hybrid bass language into one of his most dynamic creations yet. The track opens with submerged low-end pulses, shrill synths, and thriller-like tension, coiling until the explosive drop hits. Intricate percussive flurries and tumbling metallic leads punctuate each moment, while a brief four-on-the-floor surge expands the sonic palette before returning to trap-rooted chaos. Every shift feels intentional, bending and sharpening genres into something unmistakably FrostTop.

Reflecting on the track, FrostTop shares:
‘Haven’ came together during a small writing camp in Lake Arrowhead with me, Knock2, ISOxo, and RemK. We rented a house for a few days, kept it simple, and bounced ideas around freely. The idea hit late one night when I dragged an old distorted drum loop into the session. The drop came together fast after that. I called it ‘Haven’ because that house felt like a break from everything—touring, deadlines, noise. The song captures the energy of those nights and the freedom to experiment without pressure.

At just 24, FrostTop has already earned support from the likes of Skrillex, Dillon Francis, RL Grime, Excision, Illenium, The Chainsmokers, Flosstradamus, SLANDER, NGHTMRE, and more. His collaborative catalog spans Dabin, Boombox Cartel, Montell2099, Holly, and RemK, while his live presence has grown through performances at EDC Las Vegas, Brooklyn Mirage, HARD Summer, a sold-out Roxy Theatre headline, and festivals including &friends Festival Manila, Niteharts Festival, Starbase Festival, Siam Songkran Festival, and Bass Canyon, as well as a Las Vegas co-headline with JAWNS.

“Haven” drops as FrostTop concludes a 20-date tour and heads into key dates supporting SLANDER’s Voyager Tour, NGHTMRE’s Mindfull Tour, Illenium’s Ember Shores, and headline shows at Nebula NYC and Showbox SoDo, alongside further runs with Knock2, ARMNHMR, Kai Wachi, and Dabin.

Across his discography, FrostTop has carved a signature lane defined by atmosphere, tension, and precision. “Haven” amplifies that ethos, weaving hardwave, deep dubstep, techno-driven tension, and experimental club textures into a single, formidable statement. For Gud Vibrations, it signals the return of an artist actively reshaping the future of trap and bass music.

FrostTop’s new single “Haven” is available now on all platforms via Gud Vibrations.
