Today, dance music powerhouse John Summit officially announced his North American CTRL ESCAPE arena tour, bringing the immersive world of his latest album to life across his biggest headline run to date. Spanning major cities throughout the continent, the expansive tour marks another major milestone in Summit’s rapid ascent from club favorite to global electronic music phenomenon.
Kicking off this October, the tour will make stops at arenas across Chicago, Miami, Brooklyn, Boston, and more, with a brand-new production concept designed specifically for this next chapter of the CTRL ESCAPE era. Known for balancing massive festival energy with intimate club-focused sensibilities, Summit is promising a larger-than-life experience built around immersive visuals, high-impact staging, and emotionally charged dancefloor moments.
Released earlier this year on April 15, CTRL ESCAPE showcased the most expansive version of John Summit’s sound to date. Blending tech house, dubstep, drum & bass, and broader electronic influences, the album reflected both the scale of his global rise and his continued connection to underground dance culture. Each track felt intentionally designed for different environments — from massive festival main stages to dark club rooms — while capturing the nonstop momentum of his current career trajectory.
The announcement arrives after a whirlwind stretch of performances and headline moments for Summit. In the lead-up to the album release, he hosted a series of standout pop-up events across Los Angeles, New York City, and Colorado, including sold-out appearances at Reframe Studios, HALO, and a marathon open-to-close set at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. He later took over the Do LaB stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival before delivering a historic closing performance on the main stage at Ultra Music Festival.
Since then, Summit has continued his international run with performances at Day Zero Festival in Bali, shows in Bangkok and Singapore, and appearances at Ultra South Africa, Breakaway Music Festival Atlanta, and EDC Las Vegas.
This summer will see another landmark moment in his career as he makes his Ibiza residency debut with nine Monday night headline shows at [UNVRS] Ibiza beginning June 1. He’ll also return stateside for a hometown headline performance at Lollapalooza, while international dates include headline appearances at Tomorrowland and a special Experts Only showcase at Tofte Manor in partnership with Labyrinth Events.
In September, John Summit will also bring back the Experts Only Festival to New York City following the overwhelming success of its sold-out 2025 debut. Last year’s edition drew more than 50,000 attendees and featured performances from Kaskade B2B Cassian, Green Velvet B2B Layton Giordani, LP Giobbi, and AYYBO.
That momentum has continued building steadily over the last year, with Summit delivering major performances at Lollapalooza Paris, Ultra Europe, Austin City Limits Festival, and his biggest UK headline show to date at London’s O2 Arena, before closing out the year with a sold-out stadium performance at Folsom Field at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Fans will have multiple opportunities to secure tickets ahead of the general on-sale. The first presale begins Tuesday, May 26 for Cash App Visa Card holders, followed by the artist presale on Wednesday, May 27 at 10 a.m. local time through Thursday, May 28 at 8 a.m. local time. Additional presales through Live Nation and Spotify will launch Thursday, May 28 before general ticket sales officially begin Friday, May 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
The tour will also feature a range of VIP packages, including premium seating, access to exclusive pre-show lounges, limited merchandise bundles, and early venue entry options.
