Rising house talent Jackie Hollander returns with her latest single, “High On You,” out now via John Summit’s Experts Only. The release marks a milestone moment for the imprint, standing as the first solo female single on Experts Only, while introducing a track built for peak-time connection and late-night energy.
From the outset, “High On You” locks into a hypnotic groove, driven by a bouncing tech house rhythm and a seductive vocal hook—“if I could get high on you, I wouldn’t want to sober up.” The production leans into shimmering synth textures layered over a pulsating low end, creating a balance between euphoria and intensity. Designed with the dancefloor in mind, the track captures the charged atmosphere of long summer nights, where tension and release move in sync with the crowd.
Reflecting on the creative process, Jackie Hollander explains:
“I first heard the vocal and was immediately obsessed with it. I wanted to turn it into a dark, melodic tech house track that would create a real moment in my sets and draw people in. The original had a completely different vibe, so I only kept the vocal and rebuilt everything else around it.
The track came together really quickly and effortlessly. I clearly remember the first time I played it—the room went off. At my very next set, people were holding up their phones saying ‘play High On You’ after seeing a video I’d posted. That’s when I knew we had something.
I’m really excited and grateful that this will be the first solo female release on Experts Only as a single.”
With “High On You,” Jackie Hollander continues to carve out her space within the global house circuit, delivering a track that blends melodic depth with club-ready energy—while marking a notable step forward for both her career and the evolving identity of Experts Only.
