Fast-rising singer-songwriter, actress, and performer Jai’Len Josey has officially signed with WME, one of the world’s leading entertainment agencies, for global representation. The move marks a major step forward in her rapidly ascending career as she prepares to expand her presence across touring, music, and cross-platform storytelling.

Jai’Len Josey will continue to be managed by Taryn Anchrum of Top Ten Management, alongside Al Branch (The Blueprint Group) and Anastasia Wright (Imperial Marketing Group), with brand and publicity strategy handled by 1964 Agency. Together, the team positions her for a new phase of global growth.

Speaking on the signing, Jai’Len Josey shared, “I’m truly grateful and beyond excited to be working with the WME team on bringing this tour to life. There’s so much passion behind what we’re building, and I can’t wait to share these moments with new audiences and create something unforgettable together.”

The announcement arrives alongside news of her highly anticipated major label debut, Serial Romantic, set for release on April 24 via Def Jam Recordings. Executive produced by five-time GRAMMY® Award-winner and 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Tricky Stewart, the project also features contributions from The-Dream, Leon Thomas, and Theron Thomas. The album marks a defining milestone for Jai’Len Josey, positioning her for broader opportunities across music and beyond.

Known for her genre-blending sound and emotionally rich songwriting, Jai’Len Josey previously penned the platinum-certified hit “Pressure” for Ari Lennox, establishing herself as both a compelling artist and a sought-after creative voice. Across Serial Romantic, she explores modern love with a balance of vulnerability and bold self-expression, delivering what stands as her most fully realized body of work to date.

Her latest single, “Housewife,” set the tone for this new era, pairing cinematic production with a confident, playful edge while challenging traditional narratives around relationships and autonomy. As she has noted, the track reframes domestication as a choice—centering empowerment and self-definition.

Momentum behind the album has continued to build with previously released singles “Won’t Force You,” “Freak,” and “New Girl,” earning praise from outlets including Billboard, VIBE, Okayplayer, and EBONY. Together, the releases highlight her ability to blend nostalgic R&B influences with a contemporary pop sensibility.

Beyond music, Jai’Len Josey’s artistry is rooted in a multidisciplinary background. The Atlanta native first gained recognition on Broadway, starring as “Pearl” in The SpongeBob Musical: Live on Stage! before signing with Sony Music Publishing and launching her recording career with the Illustrations EP (2020). Since joining Def Jam Recordings in 2023, she has continued to refine her voice, notably through her Southern Delicacy EP and collaborations with artists such as SZA, Wyclef Jean, Rod Wave, Babyface, MC Lyte, Coco Jones, Xavier Omar, and LAYA.

Now, with WME representing her globally, Jai’Len Josey is poised to expand her reach beyond recorded music and into live performance on a larger scale. As she gears up to bring Serial Romantic to audiences worldwide, the partnership signals a strategic and timely next step in what is shaping up to be a breakout year.
