German DJ, label owner, and artist manager Oliver Schories is set to release his remix of FENRA’s track “CHICAGO” from the Portland-based producer’s debut EP Delusional on February 20th, 2026 via 6x Records. The remix premiered on the When We Dip YouTube channel, offering fans an early taste of Schories’ transformative take.

With acclaimed albums like Exit and Blitzbahn released on labels such as Stil vor Talent and Get Physical, Oliver Schories has amassed over 140 million streams on Spotify. His work includes Paradigm and Paradigm Remixes, as well as collaborations with artists such as Packard and Jan Blomqvist. As a label owner of SOSO and Pracht, Schories has championed talents including Deetron and Rodriguez Jr., earning praise from Mixmag, Magnetic Magazine, YourEDM, Progressive Astronaut, and When We Dip, solidifying his status as one of Germany’s leading DJs and electronic producers.

FENRA, the electronic alias of producer B Laws, recently released his debut EP Delusional. Having grown up surrounded by art and immersed in music from an early age, FENRA taught himself guitar at 14 and experimented with synths, vocals, and drums in touring bands across the US, Europe, and Asia. Drawing inspiration from Caribou, Four Tet, Floating Points, Bonobo, and DJ Koze, FENRA’s music bridges cinematic textures with deeply personal storytelling.

The original CHICAGO blends footwork-inspired breakbeats with a shuffling rhythm, minimal synth lines, organic textures, and ethereal choral vocals. Schories’ remix introduces a thrumming house pulse, reshaping FENRA’s delicate layers into a hypnotic, evolving soundscape that will appeal to fans of Adriatique, Yotto, and Artbat.

On the remix, Oliver Schories explains:

“For this remix, I wanted to strip the track back and focus on atmosphere and emotion. The original had a strong energy, so I reinterpreted it as a more restrained, deep house journey that leaves space to breathe and slowly unfold. It’s meant to feel warm, introspective, and timeless.”

The release showcases the synergy of two artists at different stages of their careers—FENRA’s cinematic vision and Schories’ masterful house reinterpretation—creating a track that’s both intimate and expansive.
