After an explosive 2025 that cemented his status as one of dance music’s most dominant forces, John Summit is wasting no time turning 2026 into a full-scale takeover. From major festival moments to a new album, global touring, and a long-rumored Ibiza residency, the multi-genre star is entering the new year with momentum that shows no signs of slowing.

Summit’s run of high-profile appearances now includes a newly confirmed headlining slot at the 2026 Coors Light Birds Nest, one of Arizona’s most iconic concert series. The legendary four-night event takes place February 4–7 during WM Phoenix Open week, with Summit set to close out the entire series on Saturday, February 7. Framed as an EDM-themed finale, the night will feature Summit alongside special guest opener BUNT., bringing global dance energy to one of the most high-visibility weekends in live entertainment.

The Birds Nest appearance arrives as Summit continues riding the wave of a banner year. In 2025, he showcased his versatility through releases like “crystallized” with Inéz, his official remix of Britney Spears’I Wanna Go,” and his atmospheric rework of Delerium’sSilence,” bridging classic trance emotion with modern club dynamics. His contributions to the Playa Package remix compilation further reinforced his ability to move effortlessly between underground credibility and mainstage appeal.

Looking ahead, Summit has teased what he calls a “fresh start,” led by five unreleased tracks he premiered at Countdown NYE in Los Angeles. Those IDs mark the beginning of a new era, building toward the follow-up to his 2024 debut album, Comfort In Chaos. Summit confirmed that the new project will receive its full album debut at Ultra Music Festival, setting the stage for one of the most anticipated moments of the spring.

“Full album debut at ultra, big ibiza residency incoming + album production tour in the fall,” Summit tweeted on December 26, making it clear that 2026 will be his most ambitious year yet.

Among the biggest revelations is confirmation of a major Ibiza residency in 2026, sparking widespread speculation over which venue will host Summit’s extended stay on the island. After standout appearances at Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza during the 2025 season, expectations are high that Summit will soon announce a residency at one of Ibiza’s flagship clubs.

Touring plans are equally expansive. Summit clarified that Experts Only New York, returning to Randall’s Island on September 19–20, will remain a standalone DJ experience rather than a stop on his forthcoming album tour. The fall run, he emphasized, will be a fully realized production show. International dates are already taking shape, with confirmed plans for Spain, a potential stop in Colombia, and a new collaboration in progress with Colombian singer-songwriter Feid, which fans can preview through Summit’s Instagram carousel of unreleased music.

Adding to the global momentum, Summit also confirmed that his Experts Only label will make its UK debut at Tofte Manor in summer 2026, further extending the brand’s reach beyond the U.S.

While the album’s title and exact release date remain under wraps, the timeline points to a release between April and August, bridging Summit’s Ultra Music Festival debut and his fall album production tour. With headline appearances like the Coors Light Birds Nest, a major Ibiza residency, and a new era of music unfolding in real time, John Summit isn’t just planning for the future — he’s actively defining it.
