Dance music mainstay GRYFFIN teams up once again with rising producer LAVERN and electro-pop duo AR/CO as Italian brothers Mathame deliver the latest official remix of Higher Power, out now via 10K Projects.
The new interpretation reimagines the track’s euphoric core through a darker, more immersive lens. Mathame slice and reshape AR/CO’s weightless vocal lines, threading them through brooding synth textures and steady, propulsive percussion. The result pushes Higher Power beyond its festival-ready origins, unfolding into a cinematic, late-night club cut driven by atmosphere, tension, and forward momentum. Balancing emotional depth with underground sensibilities, the remix transforms the original into something expansive and transportive.
This release follows previous Higher Power reworks from Matt Sassari and AVELLO, continuing a remix campaign that reflects GRYFFIN’s wide-ranging influence across electronic music. Known for collaborations with Kaskade, Excision, and GRiZ, GRYFFIN has spent 2025 inviting artists from across the genre spectrum to reinterpret tracks like Air and In My Head, further solidifying his position at the forefront of modern dance music.
As the year draws to a close, GRYFFIN is set to ring in the New Year with major festival appearances at Contact, HiJinx, and Provenance, capping off another landmark chapter in his career.
Mathame’s Higher Power remix is available now on all streaming platforms via 10K Projects.
