Do LaB has officially unveiled the highly anticipated music lineup for Lightning in a Bottle 2026, returning to Buena Vista Lake in Southern California during Memorial Day Weekend, May 20–24, 2026.

Now entering its 23rd year, Lightning in a Bottle (LIB) remains one of North America’s most influential boutique festivals—an independent playground built on creativity, collaboration, and unfiltered human connection. Far beyond a traditional festival, LIB thrives on participation and wonder, a celebration of community where every sound, structure, and surprise is created by the people who call it home.

At the heart of LIB lies its genre-defying music programming. From the immersive worlds of the Lightning, Woogie, and Thunder stages to community-powered spaces like The Stacks, The Junkyard, and The Grand Artique, the lineup balances global heavyweights with underground innovators, ensuring a soundtrack as diverse and unpredictable as the experience itself.

Leading the 2026 roster are headliners Empire of the Sun, Zeds Dead, Mau P, and techno powerhouse Sara Landry, alongside high-energy performances from Chase & Status, Mochakk, Barry Can’t Swim, and Tinashe. House and techno enthusiasts can look forward to sets from Maceo Plex, Hot Since 82, Jayda G, Lee Burridge, J. Worra, Rodriguez Jr., and the North American debut of JAMIIE. Rising acts like AYYBO, Linska, and the Desert Hearts collective (Mikey Lion, Lee Reynolds, Marbs) bring playful, communal energy to the dance floor.

Bass lovers will find plenty to explore, from the cinematic weight of Of The Trees and ALLEYCVT to the soulful grooves of Daily Bread and INZO. Drum & bass fans can expect explosive sets from Dimension, Ivy Lab, and Flava D, while the UKG takeover features Conducta, Oppidan, jigitz, MPH, and Main Phase. For those seeking the outer edges of electronic sound, LIB 2026 offers an eclectic mix including Nia Archives, Overmono, DJ HEARTSTRING, Avalon Emerson, Tripolism, and 1-800 GIRLS.

Beyond the decks, LIB expands its spectrum with performances from DJ Trixie Mattel, Sarz, Haute & Freddy, Midnight Generation, KAMAUU, and Noga Erez, plus late-night stage takeovers from A Club Called Rhonda, Respect DnB, Baile World, and FMLY BZNS.

Outside the music, LIB continues to nurture transformation and connection through experiences like The Compass, featuring hundreds of talks and workshops spanning spirituality, sustainability, and social consciousness. Attendees can explore immersive art installations, secret spaces like The Mixtape, or rejuvenate with sunrise yoga before diving back into the creative chaos.

Festivalgoers can choose between three-day and five-day passes, with camping, RV, and Easy Peasy Pre-Set options available. VIP passes offer backstage access, premium amenities, and exclusive viewing areas across main stages.

More than just a festival, Lightning in a Bottle 2026 promises a celebration of music, movement, and meaning — a vivid reminder that the true magic of dance culture lies in the hands of those who build it together. Tickets to Lightning in a Bottle 2026 will go on sale Friday, 11/14 at 11AM PT via the festival’s official website.
