Winter is closing in, and the world’s coldest festival is once again turning up the heat. Igloofest Montréal returns to the Old Port from January 15 to February 7, 2026, ready to light up the ice with a bold lineup of international icons and local legends. For nearly two decades, Igloofest has transformed frigid Canadian nights into unforgettable celebrations, proving that even the coldest conditions can’t freeze the passion for music, community, and dance.
The 18th edition of Igloofest Montréal is led by one of its most monumental headliners to date: DJ Snake. The global superstar and hitmaker—renowned for collaborations with J Balvin, Travis Scott, Future, and Selena Gomez—will make an exclusive Canadian appearance, delivering his signature blend of global rhythms and high-voltage festival energy.
Joining him across Igloofest’s Sapporo and Videotron stages are electrifying acts such as SOFI TUKKER, Belgian rap sensation Hamza, pioneering Canadian selector A-Trak, and French standouts Madeon, The Blaze (DJ Set), and Trym. A major highlight comes with the debut of Black Tiger Sex Machine & Kai Wachi: Skull Machine, a powerful bass collaboration set to shake the winter air. The festival also welcomes the atmospheric stylings of Elderbrook (DJ Set) and an iconic back-to-back between techno titan Nicole Moudaber and Montréal trailblazer Misstress Barbara, celebrating 30 years behind the decks.

Fans of house and techno will have plenty to explore, with sets from viral sensation Disco Lines, rising producer Max Styler, dance powerhouse Aluna, eclectic Peruvian DJ Sofia Kourtesis, melodic architect DJ Seinfeld, and sleek selector Cole Knight. Other standouts include Belgian chart-topper Lost Frequencies, Dutch duo Weval (DJ Set), Japanese producer Qrion, techno heavyweight AZYR, Scottish export Hannah Laing, and Canadian multi-platinum producer High Klassified.
Igloofest remains deeply rooted in Montréal’s thriving underground, shining a global spotlight on the city’s vibrant homegrown scene. This year, two emblematic collectives—T.I.T.S. (featuring Cori, No Police, and CHAR.L.N B2B Inside Blur) and Hauterageous (featuring San Farafina, Monib, and Siren Mars)—will make their festival debuts. Montréal staples Ferias and Homegrown Harvest also join the bill, alongside rising talents DJ Smokey, Shadow Wizard Money Gang, Cult Member, Musik Me Luv, and OCTOV, further proving that the city’s electronic heartbeat thrives even in subzero temperatures.
Once again, Igloofest will transform Montréal’s Old Port into an open-air winter wonderland, set against a stunning skyline and riverfront backdrop. From its free Igloofête programming and colorful snowsuit tradition to its architectural stage design and world-class performances, Igloofest continues to embody the essence of Canadian winter culture—joyful, resilient, and unforgettable.

Winter 2026 marks a milestone as Igloofest expands beyond Québec, bringing its frosty magic to Gatineau, Québec City, and newly announced Edmonton, with another city to be revealed later in the year. Despite its national growth, the festival remains true to its Québécois roots—celebrating music, togetherness, and a fearless embrace of the cold.
Tickets for Igloofest Montréal 2026 go on sale November 7 at 11 a.m. ET at the festival’s official website, with pre-sale access beginning November 6 at 11 a.m. ET. New for 2026, fans can elevate their experience with an exclusive VVIP side stage package, featuring premium viewing, expedited entry, private bars, raised platforms, and direct proximity to the artists.
Igloofest is an 18+ event, except for the January 29 performance headlined by Hamza, which will be open to attendees 16 and older.
Because in Canada, winter isn’t something to escape—it’s something to celebrate. And nowhere celebrates it quite like Igloofest.
