Australian producer SIPPY has announced her highly anticipated debut album, “Scars In Stereo,” set to arrive on October 17th, 2025 via Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label. The 10-track project marks a transformative chapter in her career, trading the high-energy “Gremlin” persona of her explosive live sets for a raw and emotionally charged body of work that exposes her most unfiltered self.
“Scars In Stereo is a reflection of my journey through the music industry: the highs, the hardships, and everything in between. It captures the wins, but also the depression, disassociation, and misconduct I’ve faced along the way. More than anything, this album is about resilience. It’s about standing up, pushing through, and owning my story,” shares SIPPY. “I wanted it to feel like a peek into my personal journal. These songs, in their original form, were written in real time—when the feelings were raw—then set aside until I was ready to be vulnerable enough to share. Now, I am.”
As one of Deadbeats’ original artists, SIPPY steps into an introspective new era, weaving together vulnerability and strength through fearless storytelling. The album opens with the spoken-word title track “Scars In Stereo,” setting the tone for a deeply personal journey that chronicles her evolution as both an artist and individual.
From there, the emotional landscape unfolds through songs like “Wide Awake” (feat. No Me), which captures the sleepless uncertainty of self-doubt, and “Can’t Over You,” a haunting reflection on heartbreak’s lingering grip. Tracks such as “Like I’m High” explore the dizzying extremes of self-discovery, while “FUKT UP” erupts with rebellious defiance against the pressures of an unforgiving industry.
On “Can We Just Pretend,” SIPPY slows the tempo for a moment of escapist reflection, before “Home” channels longing and the search for grounding amid chaos. “Ashes” (feat. Marlhy) ignites the emotional center of the album, while “Killa” (feat. Bianca)” stands tall as an unapologetic anthem of self-empowerment and survival. Closing with “Next Up” (feat. Artifice), the album transforms hardship into resilience, ending on a triumphant note of perseverance.
Blending emotional depth with cutting-edge production, “Scars In Stereo” is more than a debut—it’s a reclamation of identity and purpose. As SIPPY continues her Scars In Stereo National Tour, the album signals her most defining moment yet, cementing her as one of Australia’s most compelling forces in electronic music.
