French duo Parallelle are entering a new chapter with the announcement of their second LP, 11th Avenue, arriving October 29 on their newly founded Lisbon-based label FOLDER. The news lands alongside the release of their brand-new single, “Take You On A Ride,” out now.
A sleek and sultry slice of tech house, “Take You On A Ride” delivers smooth rolling basslines, sharp percussive textures, and dynamic instrumental layers that create an irresistibly groovy flow. Capturing the warmth and musicality that defines Parallelle, the track embodies the duo’s ability to blend underground cool with playful sophistication.

At the heart of 11th Avenue is Parallelle’s dedication to analogue sound and live instrumentation. The album fuses groovy beats with jazz-influenced saxophone and trumpet interplay, while Thomas Parallelle and collaborators provide vocals that tie the record together with an authentic, human touch. The result is an exploration of imperfection-as-beauty—classic and contemporary all at once.
The vision extends beyond the music. The album’s visual identity was shaped by progressive fashion creative director Sarah Bassett and captured through the lens of internationally acclaimed photographer Dani Batistidas, mirroring the record’s analogue-first ethos. To bring 11th Avenue to life, Parallelle will embark on a global album tour featuring intimate listening sessions, hybrid DJ sets, and immersive storytelling.
Further merging sound and style, the duo has partnered with rising high-end streetwear label Ciaran for a capsule collection of limited-edition 11th Avenue T-shirts, hats, and jackets, launching this October during ADE.
