Canadian producer and DJ Rezz continues her sonic evolution with the release of “Glass Veins,” a collaborative new single with rising New Orleans artist CABLE, out now via HypnoVizion. The track serves as the fourth preview of her upcoming fifth studio album, As The Pendulum Swings, set to arrive on September 12.
Drenched in eerie textures and industrial grit, “Glass Veins” plunges deep into the dark and hypnotic world that defines Rezz’s newest era. A brooding blend of slow techno and minimalist suspense, the track is driven by pulsating kicks, distorted basslines, and the haunting echoes of a lead synth that instantly caught Rezz’s attention.
“The original demo was sent to me by CABLE, who I was already hoping to sign to HypnoVizion,” Rezz shares. “As soon as I heard the lead echo in the drop, I knew exactly how I wanted to finish it. It’s one of my favorites—capturing that industrial slow techno vibe I love.”
CABLE, a fresh voice emerging from the underground, brings his signature blend of dark European techno and ’90s rave nostalgia to the track, creating a perfect storm of sound and atmosphere.
“When Rezz reached out wanting to collaborate, I immediately got to work,” says CABLE. “We went back and forth swapping stems, and eventually, ‘Glass Veins’ came together. I’m excited to finally share it with her fans and feel the energy live.”
Coinciding with the single’s release, Rezz also unveiled the full tracklist for As The Pendulum Swings through an interactive website. The 13-track album features collaborations with Dillon Francis, BRVMES, k?d, and Owl Vision, alongside familiar HypnoVizion names like EDDiE, fknsyd, and isqa. The project includes previously released singles “Prophecy,” “Contorted,” and “Telepathy,” offering a glimpse into the cinematic and self-assured world Rezz is building.
The rollout of As The Pendulum Swings will continue through the summer as Rezz gears up for her second PORTAL show at the Tacoma Dome in September, followed by her iconic REZZ ROCKS VII at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in October.
Stream “Glass Veins” now on all major platforms, and pre-save Rezz’s new album As The Pendulum Swings ahead of its release on September 12.
