Belgian producer Poldoore returns on May 30th with Chroma Dream, his sixth studio album and first full-length release with the acclaimed Philos Records. Known for his analog-rich sound and emotive compositions, Poldoore blends downtempo, jazz, hip-hop, and ambient textures into lush, cinematic soundscapes. Chroma Dream stands as one of his most expressive and adventurous projects yet — a vivid journey through memory, mood, and imagination.
A deep-cutting, immersive listen, the album fuses live instrumentation, layered production, and collage-like storytelling to blur the boundaries between the organic and the synthetic. The title itself nods to its central metaphor — “chroma” symbolizing not just color, but a full emotional spectrum rendered in sound.
Chroma Dream will be available May 30th via Philos Records on vinyl, digital, and streaming platforms. With its rich palette of sound and soul, it affirms Poldoore’s place as a standout voice in genre-defying instrumental music. Leading up to the full release are three intricate singles including “Look Into My Eyes” (April 18th), “Heaven Sent” (May 2nd), and the title track “Chroma Dream”.
Visual direction for Chroma Dream comes from artist Ryan Miller, whose artwork mirrors the album’s surreal yet grounded tone. Blending retro-inspired palettes with a modern, minimal edge, the visuals create a dreamlike world that enhances the album’s pacing and emotional depth.
