Dance music pioneer Gryffin has released a fresh remix collection of his acclaimed album PULSE, available now via Virgin Music. The remix pack spans five tracks, bringing new life to hits from PULSE through reworks by R3HAB, MashBit, Pirapus, and Phrva, along with an acoustic version of MAGNET featuring MAX.
The remixes add new depth and genre diversity to Gryffin’s third studio album. The collection opens with R3HAB’s powerful, anthemic take on DANCE THROUGH THE NIGHT, featuring Whethan and Norma Jean Martine. Italian producer MashBit transforms THE REASON with melodic atmospheres, while Pirapus injects rapid rhythms into MAGNET featuring MAX and Disco Lines. Phrva introduces a darker, moody dimension to ENEMIES, contrasting Gryffin’s sound with edgy bass tones. The pack is rounded out with an acoustic rendition of MAGNET, showcasing Gryffin’s talent for emotive, stripped-back versions.
“This remix pack allowed me to further push the boundaries of my recent PULSE album,” says Gryffin. “It’s been inspiring to see each artist’s take on these tracks, adding new twists that I’m excited to play live!”
PULSE has already made waves since its August release, with singles like LAST OF US with Rita Ora, WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG with Armin Van Buuren, and MAGIC featuring babyidontlikeyou. The album pays homage to Gryffin’s roots in early 2000s dance music, drawing praise from Grammy, Forbes, Rolling Stone Japan, and more.
The PULSE era launched with performances at Ultra Music Festival, Coachella’s DoLaB Stage, and EDC Las Vegas, followed by a headline tour across major U.S. venues, including Forest Hills Stadium and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
