Tech-house maestro Sacha Robotti has joined forces with Pershard Owens on their new single, ‘Roll With Me,’ out now on Dirtybird Records. The track sees Robotti return to the label following his headline performance at Dirtybird’s ‘Back To Baysics’ concert at Embarcadero Plaza, which drew over 10,000 attendees as part of Another Planet Entertainment’s SF Free Concert series.
Premiered live at ‘Back To Baysics,’ ‘Roll With Me’ offers a pulsing, groove-heavy backdrop for Owens’ captivating vocals. As he sings, “Do you really want to roll with me tonight?” Robotti builds the energy with playful basslines, zippy synths, and cheeky percussive hits. Clocking in at just over three minutes, this high-octane, feel-good anthem promises to energize club and festival dancefloors throughout the season.
Reflecting on the release, Robotti shares, “I’m thrilled to be back in the fold at Dirtybird, bringing you my latest jam with Pershard Owens, a ridiculously talented vocalist and Anthem singer for the St. Louis Blues. This cut is a fun ride, featuring Pershard’s cheeky vocals and a fat, driving bassline that’ll hit you right in the gut! This track pays tribute to some of my favorite 90s house tunes from Chicago that I grew up with.”
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Sacha Robotti has established himself as a house and techno innovator. Known for his dynamic, genre-bending sound, he’s graced stages worldwide, including CRSSD, Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle, and EDC. Robotti has been a regular on Dirtybird, dropping fan-favorites like the Loca Lola EP (2014) and Melato Nina EP (2017), as well as collaborating with artists like Kevin Knapp and Kill Frenzy. His standout track, ‘Melato Nina,’ will soon appear on Dirtybird’s Fresh Eggs Hand Picked (Vol. 1) vinyl box set.
