Griz threw the gauntlet down last Friday night in Indianapolis, setting the bar high for literally any tour featuring multi-talented musicians. We danced, we laughed, we cried… some even chilled on the floor because they drove over 12 hours to attend this show. (Wow, that’s some dedication). There aren’t many artists that will garner that response from a crowd. My man Griz really does it best.
I was so looking forward to this show. Not only had I marked it on my calendar for months, but after his tease about “redux sets” I was ALL IN FAM! I had been waiting to see a house and jam vibe tour from Griz since my very first experience watching him groove at Hangout Fest five years ago. After that wild and funky introduction, I was hooked. I can say with all my heart that his set in Indy was absolutely worth the wait! Griz and company threw down one of the best sets I have seen this year.
