I’m never shocked by the power of Imagine Music Festival‘s ability to encourage me to make yet another treck to the glorious city of Hotlanta. Gearing up for my third year in a row in the magical aquatic fairyland of wonder, I looked back at some of the moments that have made it a magical yearly experience. I always claim “This is my last year at X fest.” What can I say, I like trying new things. Nevertheless, Imagine continues to pull me back into the festival-fold, so to speak, as my yearly pilgrimage to bask in the final glory of the season with my chosen rave fam.
If the promise of closing out festival season surrounded by mermaids, art, and one of the most courteous crowds I’ve ever encountered somehow isn’t enough for you, check out this magnificent lineup.
It is always wonderful to see notable favorites such as Dirtybird’s Daddy Claude, Lane 8, and Above & Beyond… however, the best thing about Imagine’s lineup is their dedication to bringing unexpected old-school favorites. I personally am incredibly stoked to see BT again. He is a legitimate legend. I still think about his set from Ultra 2017. Holding true to my roots, you can be certain to find me at the set of Mr. Sandstorm himself, Darude. In all my years of raving, I still have never seen him. I can’t miss seeing my girl Reid Speed, and finally at long last Phantoms.
Imagine Music Festival’s slogan, “We love you and it shows,” rings very true here. No longer a fledgling festival, they have taken so many suggestions to improve year after year from their fans. It’s noted, appreciated, and a huge reason I keep returning. It is wonderful to see festival organizers actually listen. Tickets are reasonably priced, and with the addition of a fourth day of revelry, there is something for everyone to look forward to. It’s not too late to full-send this one. Four-day and single-day tickets are on sale now. See you all in Atlanta!
