I don’t know about you but, typically Monday mornings are torture. I’ve found that a solid playlist helps to get me out of bed. This week I have chosen Denver-based artist Nick Miller—known professionally as ILLENIUM. Most recently he released the official remix package for his latest single “Pray” featuring Kameron Alexander. On the project, he recruits Blanke, Sam Lamar, and Frequent to lend their talents to the track. Each remix adds another new dimension to “Pray.” Becoming a fan favorite, the original is approaching 5 million global streams.
Additionally, ILLENIUM unveils the music video for his previous single “Crashing” [feat.Bahari]. A continuation of the “Pray” story, Bahari sings under the glow of streetlights in the dead of night as cars speed towards each other on a collision course. The critically acclaimed force unveiled an official remix package for, “Crashing”, on March 15. The original version has garnered over 4.3 million Spotify streams and emerged as an emotionally charged fan favorite. For the remix package, he recruited the talents of a diverse array of producers, including DROELOE, KLOUD, and Rock Mafia. Additionally, the tracklisting showcases a shuddering and stunning stripped take on the song, highlighting the angelic and airy vocal over gorgeous piano sounds.
Meanwhile, the streaming numbers have been exploding online. His Spotify monthly listeners just crossed the 5-million-mark. In addition, followers on the platform surpass half-a-million. With two full-length albums to his credit and sundry singles and remixes, he has surpassed the one billion stream mark across his discography.
ILLENIUM has a very big year ahead of him on the road. Most recently he had a massive performance at ULTRA Music Festival, he’s set to perform at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in June, continue his Las Vegas residency at Hakkasan and headline both Madison Square Garden (September 21) and Red Rocks Amphitheater (October 10, 11, 12) in the fall.

Furthermore, if you are planning to attend the incredibly large Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas this May, you’re in for a treat. Not only is ILLENIUM performing a DJ Set at the circutGROUNDS stage, but he will also be performing his residency at Hakkasan. The show at Hakkasan is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, which happens to be the first night of EDC WEEK and one of two performances to kick off the event. The main festival event is currently 95% sold out. Meanwhile, there are still tickets for purchase for all EDC WEEK shows! Get them while you can!
