UK brother duo Disclosure is headed to the States with a highly anticipated Spring Tour! They are making their way across the pond to not only play at several club shows, but also at various notable festivals. Proclaimed by Billboard as the “new faces of House music” with their 2013 debut; they are continuing to top the charts with new releases that receive widespread acclaim.
Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence who make up Disclosure, are declaring they are bringing UK House music to America. They have hand-picked a diverse group of opening acts from all over the globe. The list of talent is stacked and includes, Four Tet and Leon Vynehall from England, DJ Seinfeld and Axel Boman from Sweden, and Carl Craig and Jay Daniel from Detroit. The supporting artists vary from city to city, but the shows will no doubt be phenomenal.
This year is starting off strong for Disclosure, coming off their 2018 Grammy Nomination for “Ultimatum”, featuring Fatoumata Diawara; which was also named one of the best dance songs of 2018 by Billboard. Their schedule for 2019 is already jam-packed, not only with North American Spring tour dates, but with dates all over the globe. While in the States, they will be appearing at some of the most extraordinary venues; the Brooklyn Mirage in New York, Club Space in Miami, and Movement in Detroit.
I am super excited to check out Disclosure at Movement; the setting for this festival is outstanding. The crowd, the weather, and the overall vibe can’t be beat. Make sure to check your calendars and catch Disclosure at a city near you!
