Tahoe Live is bringing three distinct days of electronic music to the mountains for its fifth year, unveiling its single-day lineups for December 11–13, 2026. Set against the Sierra Nevada mountains at Palisades Tahoe, the winter festival will feature headlining performances from Chris Lake, GRiZ, and Knock2, with single-day tickets going on sale Thursday, November 5, at 10 a.m. PT.
Located at 6,200 feet near the resort’s ski lifts, Tahoe Live has built its identity around combining electronic music with the atmosphere of a winter mountain getaway. For 2026, organizers are taking a broader approach to programming, giving each day its own musical direction while bringing together house, bass, melodic electronic, and genre-crossing sounds.
Friday will focus on house music, Saturday brings the return of GRiZ to Northern California, and Sunday closes the weekend with a lineup connected to the creative circle surrounding Knock2 and the Niteharts movement. Despite the different musical identities, the festival is keeping one of its defining features: a single stage with no overlapping performances. That means attendees can experience every set without choosing between artists or planning around scheduling conflicts.
Chris Lake leads Friday, December 11, following a major year that included two sold-out shows at Los Angeles State Historic Park, moving approximately 40,000 tickets combined. The performances marked his largest headline engagement to date, adding to the momentum surrounding his debut artist album, Chemistry, and a second Grammy nomination.
His appearance represents a significant step in Tahoe Live’s programming direction. After an edition in 2025 that leaned heavily into bass music, the festival is dedicating an entire day to house, expanding the weekend’s musical range rather than simply adding a house headliner to an otherwise bass-focused lineup.
Joining Chris Lake are Walker & Royce, Noizu, Devault, Jackie Hollander, NALA, and Zaddy B. Together, the artists bring different approaches to house and club music, setting the tone for an opening day built around the genre.
Saturday, December 12, centers on GRiZ, who is making his first solo headlining return to Northern California since playing two sold-out shows at the Cow Palace in November 2025. His only Bay Area appearance in between came at Outside Lands 2026 as part of GRiZTRONICS, his collaborative project with Subtronics. His return in a solo headline setting makes Saturday a particularly anticipated part of the weekend.
Known for combining bass music with funk, soul, and live saxophone, GRiZ brings a performance style that moves between heavy electronic production and live musical elements. His appearance is joined by TEDDY PAIN, the electronic music project of Grammy-winning artist T-Pain. Following his Bass Bootcamp headline debut and collaborations with established electronic producers, T-Pain has continued exploring his place in the dubstep and bass music scene.
The pairing brings two artists with different musical backgrounds together for a Saturday lineup that extends beyond traditional genre boundaries. YDG, Mary Droppinz, HERSHE, Khoda León, and DJ Unni round out the day, keeping bass music at the center while introducing a wider range of sounds.
For Sunday, December 13, Knock2 takes over as the festival’s closing headliner with a lineup shaped around the artists and creative community associated with Niteharts. The San Diego producer, who co-founded the festival alongside ISOxo, will be joined by Madeon, Control Freak, Daniel Allan, WINK x Nikko, Klo, and BUNS.

The lineup brings together artists working across melodic electronic music, experimental production, bass house, and high-energy club sounds. Madeon adds his genre-crossing production and dynamic live performance style, while Control Freak, Daniel Allan, and WINK x Nikko contribute their own approaches to the day’s programming. With Knock2 at the center, Sunday offers a snapshot of the creative connections surrounding one of electronic music’s current cultural movements.
The expanded musical direction follows a successful 2025 edition, which grew to three sold-out days and attracted attendees from 48 states. Lodging in The Village at Palisades Tahoe also sold out well ahead of the event, reflecting the festival’s growth as a destination for electronic music fans.
The setting remains a major part of the experience. Located at the base of Palisades Tahoe, the festival grounds sit among the Sierra Nevada peaks, with mountains rising more than 9,000 feet above the surrounding area. Ski lifts are just steps away, while lodging, restaurants, and après-ski options throughout The Village are within walking distance.
Attendees can spend the day skiing or snowboarding before heading down to the festival, where lights, lasers, and large-scale production transform the alpine setting after dark. The combination of winter recreation and electronic music has helped Tahoe Live establish an identity beyond the traditional festival experience.
Founder Dustin Esson says the 2026 programming was carefully designed to give each day its own character while remaining true to the festival’s identity.
“This is probably the most intentional three days we’ve ever put together. Friday, you’ve got one of the biggest and most relevant names in house music owning opening night. Saturday is really special for us, we’ve wanted GRiZ at Tahoe Live from day one, and this year it finally came together. Then you’ve got TEDDY PAIN in that direct-support slot bringing that energy right before GRiZ. TEDDY PAIN is about to have a massive year, and putting those two together creates a pairing fans simply haven’t seen before.
“Sunday was literally built w/ Knock2’s camp to give the fans who are part of this cultural movement exactly what they want. That whole crew has created something incredibly relevant right now, and we wanted the day to feel authentic to that world.
“They’re three completely different days, but every one of them feels current, relevant and distinctly Tahoe Live. And then you put all of that on one stage, in the snow, at the base of one of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. What else do you need?”
With three distinct lineups, a no-conflict schedule, and a mountain setting that brings skiing and electronic music together, Tahoe Live 2026 is shaping up to be the festival’s most ambitious edition yet.
Single-day tickets go on sale Thursday, November 5, at 10 a.m. PT.
