Ukrainian DJ and producer Kirik releases his debut album project, Meaning, on October 23 via Cécille Records, marking his biggest statement on the label to date. Featuring eight tracks and one bonus cut, the album showcases the producer’s evolving sound through a collection that moves between deep house, minimal grooves, tech influences, and tougher club-ready productions. Available digitally and on vinyl, Meaning brings together the different sides of Kirik’s sound while keeping the groove at the center.

Over the past few years, Kirik has become an established part of the Cécille Records roster. His Hug EP continues to perform on the charts, while “Magic,” his collaboration with Hector Couto, has also enjoyed a strong and lasting chart run. With Meaning, the Ukrainian producer builds on that momentum, presenting a more complete picture of his musical identity through a full-length project.

Across the album, Kirik explores a range of house music styles without losing the cohesion that defines his production. Stripped-back grooves sit alongside deeper moments, straightforward house cuts, and harder club tracks. Rather than feeling like a collection of disconnected ideas, the album follows a consistent musical direction, allowing each track to explore a different side of his sound.

His approach combines deep, minimal, and tech influences with a solid house foundation. On Meaning, that balance feels more developed, with detailed production that avoids unnecessary complexity. Warm basslines, rolling rhythms, and hypnotic grooves give the tracks their character, keeping the focus on movement and dancefloor functionality. The result is a project that offers variety while maintaining a clear connection to the underground house sound that has shaped Kirik’s work.

Leading the album campaign is “Busy Line,” the first single from Meaning. With its sun-soaked atmosphere and more pop-leaning edge, the track takes a playful approach that sets it apart from the album’s broader direction. Its catchy feel and relaxed groove make it well suited to the closing stretch of the Ibiza season, while retaining the rhythmic sensibility that runs throughout Kirik’s music.

Although “Busy Line” provides an accessible introduction to the project, it represents just one part of the album’s wider musical range. The remaining tracks explore deeper and more stripped-back territory, alongside tougher productions designed for the club. This contrast helps establish Meaning as a broader statement of artistic identity rather than a project built around a single sound or mood.

For Cécille Records, the album represents a natural next step in its relationship with Kirik. Having established himself through previous releases and collaborations, the producer now has the opportunity to explore more of his personality and creative range within a full-length format. The project builds on the musical foundation he has developed with the label while allowing room for further evolution.

With eight tracks and a bonus cut, Meaning captures Kirik’s approach to house music in a cohesive album format. The release brings together deep grooves, minimal influences, and club-focused production without losing sight of the fundamentals that make the music work. For Kirik and Cécille Records, it marks a significant milestone in a partnership that continues to develop around a shared commitment to groove-driven electronic music.
