Halloween weekend is getting a queer dancefloor takeover as Meow Wolf Denver brings Danceportation: Haunted Haus to Convergence Station on October 23 and 24, 2026. Curated by PlayHaus, Denver’s queer party collective known for bringing DJs, drag performers, and artists together across pop and underground music, the two-night event will transform the immersive art exhibition into a Halloween dance party featuring international headliners and a wide selection of local talent.
Danceportation invites guests to explore the many worlds of Convergence Station while moving between music, performance, and immersive art. Across four main stages and four pop-up stages, attendees can discover live performances, psychedelic projections, and unexpected encounters spread throughout the exhibition’s four floors. With bars open throughout the event and surprises planned across the weekend, the experience combines a club night with the surreal, otherworldly environment that defines Meow Wolf.
Each night will feature its own lineup, giving attendees a different experience depending on when they visit. Friday, October 23, brings The Knocks, PlayHaus co-founder Matt Suave, Aja performing a DJ set, and a special back-to-back set from Bimbofied and Meangirl. Thirteen local artists will also perform throughout the night, bringing Denver’s diverse dance music community into the spotlight.
Friday’s supporting lineup includes BRØK, DJ Tru, Funk Hunk, Gia Staxxx, Her Mans, J Blu, Macefacekilla, Nico Sonntag, Pips, Queen Beats, Shannon Von Kelly, Sinna-G, Soleil Noire, Unity Adam, and Vikita.
On Saturday, October 24, the festivities continue with LSDXOXO, Jane Don’t performing a DJ set, and Mz Worthy. A fresh roster of 14 local artists will join the headliners, ensuring the second night brings its own distinct atmosphere and musical direction.
Saturday’s local lineup features Atrill, DJ Ross, Dovethedemo, Dugan, Gary Givant, Goldstar, Knoll, Leah Loredo, Miss Flowers, My Friend Jordan, PULSE CTRL, Pup Orion, Pup Sam, Shayna P, and 9INETYFINE.
With PlayHaus at the helm, the event puts queer nightlife and local creativity at the center of the experience. By pairing established electronic acts with Denver-based DJs and performers, Danceportation creates space for different sounds and communities to share the same dancefloor. The immersive setting adds another dimension, allowing guests to move freely between stages and discover performances hidden throughout the exhibition.
Costumes are encouraged, making the weekend an opportunity to bring out everything from glamorous ghouls and sequined specters to imaginative Halloween creations. Attendees can purchase tickets for either night or choose a two-day pass to experience both lineups, with additional surprises and in-world moments set to be revealed throughout the weekend.
