Four influential names in bass music are joining forces for “Shoota,” a hard-hitting new collaboration from Riot Ten, Lit Lords, Bailo, and SAYMYNAME, released via Bassrush Records. Bringing together artists with deep roots in hard trap, the single delivers an aggressive blend of orchestral builds, rapid-fire rhythms, and hard dance elements as the genre continues its resurgence in 2026.

“Shoota” brings together four distinct production styles, moving between horn-infused orchestral passages, frantic machine-gun-like rhythms, and screeching hard dance bursts. Each artist contributes to the track’s evolving intensity, culminating in a powerful closing section built for high-energy festival sets.

For Riot Ten, the collaboration continues a long-standing relationship with Bassrush Records, where he has released tracks including “Bang Bang,” “Dale,” and “Mosh Alarm” since 2018. Originally from El Paso, Texas, the producer has built a reputation for pushing bass music across dubstep, trap, riddim, Latin club music, hard dance, and tearout. His productions and performances are known for their intensity, making him a natural fit for a collaboration centered on hard trap’s uncompromising sound.

Lit Lords, the Kentucky-based producer, has also played an important role in the development of hard trap. Known for combining metal and orchestral influences with hardstyle, dubstep, and hybrid bass, the producer has helped establish the genre’s distinctive approach to aggressive electronic music. His previous collaborations include work with Jasiah, Twopee, Khan Thaitanium, and Kamiyada+, alongside extensive touring throughout Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.

Meanwhile, Bailo brings an approach shaped by East Coast hip-hop and trap. Raised in Queens, New York, and now based in Las Vegas, the producer has become a recognized presence in the trap scene through his beatmaking and genre-blending productions. His catalog includes releases alongside Marshmello, Subtronics, LYNY, ISOxo, and Hairitage, while his music has received support from DJ Snake, Alison Wonderland, Excision, and Tape B.

Rounding out the collaboration is SAYMYNAME, the Los Angeles-based producer widely recognized as a defining figure in hard trap. Often described as the genre’s “godfather,” he helped connect hard-hitting trap with hard dance and dubstep before that combination gained wider popularity. His collaborations include releases with Afrojack, NITTI, SLANDER, Junkie Kid, Henry Fong, and Softest Hard, while his music has received support from Tiësto, David Guetta, NGHTMRE, Showtek, Diplo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Madeon, and Dillon Francis.

The four producers see “Shoota” as more than a meeting of different sounds. For Riot Ten, the track came together with an immediate sense of potential: “This one has all the boys bringing the heat, as soon as we all got together on this one we knew we had something special to rip in every set.”

For Lit Lords, the release also represents an opportunity to bring influential figures from hard trap’s early development together around a shared vision: “It’s nice to see these core influential artists responsible for the initial Hard Trap sound come together for a release. The one thing the artist community within this scene has never had, is camaraderie. I am glad to help Shepherd this moment forward for the people.”

SAYMYNAME echoed that enthusiasm, emphasizing the different approaches each producer brings to the collaboration: “Had a great time making the track with the boys – It just shows the versatility of all of us and makes for a great record.”

For Bailo, the release reflects the demand for a renewed focus on the sound that helped shape the scene: “This collab with my dawgs is what the community has wanted for years. Hard Trap music is so back in 2026!”

The release arrives amid continued activity across all four artists’ live schedules. Riot Ten has completed three international editions of his “Hype or Die” tours and is currently playing US dates at Lost Lands, Dancefestopia, Armory, Substation, Bill Graham Concourse, Hex, Porgal, HB Social, and Celine. SAYMYNAME is also coming off a run of 2026 performances at Exchange LA, Avalon Hollywood, AREA15, Le Club du Son, KT Zepp Yokohama in Japan, and 9th & Jackson.

With “Shoota,” Riot Ten, Lit Lords, Bailo, and SAYMYNAME bring together their shared history in hard trap for a collaboration that emphasizes both the genre’s aggressive sound and the importance of community among its artists. Released through Bassrush Records, the track delivers a high-impact statement from four producers determined to keep hard trap moving forward.
