Appetite On The Farm Celebrates Fifth Anniversary With Charity Doughnut Collaboration Supporting Ukrainian Music Initiative

Independent electronic music festival Appetite On The Farm is marking its fifth anniversary with a unique collaboration alongside one of East London’s most beloved institutions. Teaming up with the historic Rinkoff’s Bakery, the festival has launched a limited-edition doughnut, with a portion of every sale benefiting Enter DJ, a Ukrainian initiative that uses electronic music education to support people affected by the ongoing war.

Founded by DJs Elliot Schooling and Liam Palmer, Appetite On The Farm has steadily evolved from a grassroots London party into one of the UK’s fastest-rising boutique electronic music festivals. Returning to Kelvedon Hall in Essex on August 29–30, the 2026 edition features an impressive lineup including Jamie Jones, Skream, Eliza Rose, Todd Edwards, Traumer, Dyed Soundorom, and many more.

To commemorate the festival’s milestone year, Appetite On The Farm has partnered with Rinkoff’s Bakery, the family-owned East London bakery that has been serving the community since 1911. Founded by Hyman Rinkoff, the bakery has become renowned for its traditional recipes and remains one of London’s most recognizable independent bakeries more than a century later.

The collaboration brings the festival’s signature pink doughnut logo to life for the first time. Crafted using Rinkoff’s century-old doughnut recipe, the limited-edition treat features bright pink icing and colorful sprinkles inspired by Appetite On The Farm’s branding. The launch also coincides with the release of Rinkoff’s first cookbook, The Jewish Bakery, published by Quadrille, celebrating more than 100 years of family recipes and baking traditions.

Available throughout August at the bakery’s Whitechapel and Mile End locations, every Appetite doughnut purchased contributes to Enter DJ, an organization dedicated to helping Ukrainians heal through music, creativity, and DJ education.

Speaking about the collaboration, festival co-founder Elliot Schooling said:

“We’ve always wanted to collab with a bakery and with Appetite On The Farm celebrating its fifth anniversary, we couldn’t think of a better time. Rinkoff’s is a proper East End institution; we loved its history right away and we’re also super excited to be able to work with Enter DJ as well; the work they’re doing in Ukraine is amazing.”

The partnership reflects Appetite On The Farm’s continued commitment to fostering community beyond the dancefloor. By combining music, local culture, and charitable giving, the collaboration highlights how independent festivals can create meaningful connections while supporting important causes.

The limited-edition Appetite doughnut will be available exclusively throughout August at Rinkoff’s Bakery, with proceeds helping fund Enter DJ’s programs, which provide music education and creative outlets for Ukrainian veterans and others affected by the war. Fans who wish to further support the organization’s mission can also contribute directly through its fundraising campaign ahead of Appetite On The Farm’s fifth anniversary celebration later this month.
