Namibian producer, DJ, and songwriter Gina Jeanz returns with her latest single, “Ride,” out now via Temper Tone. Adding to the momentum surrounding the release, Gina Jeanz will premiere a unique live performance filmed aboard a hot air balloon soaring above the Swiss Alps on July 8. Originally envisioned above the landscapes of her native Namibia, the project came together after she reconnected with a pilot she first met during her inaugural balloon flight back home, who had since relocated to Switzerland. Soundtracked by a carefully curated DJ set that evolves alongside the sunrise and changing scenery, the performance reflects the same themes of trust, stillness, and freedom that define “Ride.”
Her acclaimed independent debut album, Lucid Theory, earned international recognition in 2021, with the standout single “100ml” landing on Billboard’s list of Best New Dance Tracks.
