EDiP and Dinu join forces on their new single “Nocturno,” out now via John Summit‘s Experts Only imprint. Merging indie dance textures with a driving tech house groove, the collaboration delivers a hypnotic club record that fuses diverse cultural influences into a distinctive dancefloor experience.
At the heart of “Nocturno” are Arabic-inspired string melodies, captivating Spanish-language female vocals, and infectious percussion that give the track its unmistakable identity. Balancing melodic emotion with underground energy, the production combines EDiP‘s deep-tech sensibilities with Dinu‘s signature minimalist approach, resulting in a groove that is both immersive and peak-time ready.
Speaking about the collaboration, EDiP and Dinu shared:
“Nocturno is the kind of track that brings multiple worlds together into one dancefloor weapon, blending Arabic influences, Spanish vocals, indie dance energy, and a strong tech house groove. At first, we were a bit hesitant about using the Arabic synth lead, but in the end we realized that’s exactly what gives the record its identity and makes it stand out. We wanted the track to feel energetic and unexpected while still working powerfully on a dancefloor.”
The release continues EDiP‘s growing relationship with Experts Only, where he has become an increasingly familiar name through both releases and performances tied to John Summit‘s label and event brand. His momentum continues this summer with a return to [UNVRS] in Ibiza, where he will perform in the Main Room as part of FISHER‘s event alongside FISHER and Solardo.
Meanwhile, Dinu continues to strengthen his reputation as one of the leading figures in the Bucharest minimal scene. With acclaimed releases on respected underground labels including Eastenderz, Berg Audio, Atipic, and Gettraum, he has built a following through hypnotic grooves, intricate rhythms, and meticulous production that resonates with minimal and tech house audiences around the world.
With “Nocturno,” EDiP and Dinu successfully bridge genres, cultures, and club styles into a single, cohesive production. The release highlights both artists’ commitment to pushing underground electronic music forward while delivering a record designed to captivate dancefloors across the globe.
Upcoming performances for EDiP include Tofte Manor in Bedford, England on July 12, NIBIRU in Constanța, Romania on July 24, FISHER at [UNVRS] in Ibiza, Spain on July 30, and Galactica at Uno in Malta on July 10.
