FNGRS CRSSD has unveiled the phase one lineup for PROPER NYE/NYD, marking the much-anticipated return of this event to San Diego’s iconic Petco Park on December 31 and January 1. Set to ring in the new year, the multi-stage festival will showcase performances by some of electronic music’s brightest stars, setting the stage for an unforgettable start to 2025.
As Southern California’s premier New Year’s Eve destination, PROPER draws top-tier talent from around the globe to the expansive grounds of Petco Park, ideally located in the heart of San Diego. Since its debut in 2022, PROPER has consistently delivered innovative sonic experiences, exceptional production, and world-class hospitality, all hallmarks of the FNGRS CRSSD brand.
Leading the lineup are performances by dance music visionary Eric Prydz, who will also perform under his techno alias Cirez D, Belgian techno powerhouse Charlotte de Witte, GRAMMY-nominated hitmaker Dom Dolla, global tech house sensation John Summit, and UK tastemaker Patrick Topping.
The impressive lineup also features Night Bass head AC Slater, GRAMMY-nominated vocalist and songwriter Elderbrook, Berlin’s underground maestro Boys Noize, GRAMMY-award-winning producer and mixing engineer Cassian, and melodic house virtuoso Lane 8, who will perform a special back-to-back set with Sultan + Shepard.
PROPER’s commitment to techno is highlighted by performances from Italian heavyweight Enrico Sangiuliano, Bristol-born Eli Brown, techno titan Fatima Hajji, and Drumcode alum Layton Giordani.
Modern house luminaries on the bill include breakout star Mau P, the ethereal soundscapes of Le Youth, Peruvian producer Sofia Kourtesis, Haitian DJ and producer Francis Mercier, tech house sensation Matroda, and Sweden’s electronic music extraordinaire Kasbo. PROPER will also host top-tier takeovers courtesy of Above & Beyond‘s deep house imprint Anjunadeep and Lane 8’s independent record label and event series This Never Happened.
With panoramic views of Downtown San Diego and expansive, grassy lawns in the city’s core, Petco Park remains an idyllic setting to celebrate the new year. PROPER will once again take place on the field at Petco Park, with stage activations throughout the surrounding property.
Presented by FNGRS CRSSD, the team behind the flagship CRSSD Festival, PROPER will round out a strong year for the brand, following the success of CRSSD’s Spring and Fall editions.
The Alumni presale begins on Tuesday, August 20, at 12PM PT, available to Weekend Pass holders from CRSSD Spring 2024, Fall 2023, and PROPER NYE 2023/24. The CRSSD SMS Community presale starts on Wednesday, August 21, at 12PM PT. Fans can opt into the SMS presale by texting “PROPER24” to (855) 912-1457 or signing up via this link.
