The day has finally arrived. The long-awaited Austin City Limits lineup has dropped! Topping the list of talent making their way to Central Texas are; Guns N’ Roses, Mumford & Sons, Childish Gambino, The Cure, and Cardi B.
Starting in 2002, ACL has been the premier music festival in Austin to see major artists and up and comers. This festival offers a diverse lineup of over 125 performers across eight stages for the two-weekend installments.
Last year was a hit with the classic rock flavor of Paul McCartney and Metallica; this year ACL is bringing Guns N’ Roses and The Cure. This will be Guns N’ Roses’ first time appearing at ACL and the interwebs are a buzz with excitement. The Cure is on the heels of their major tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Disintegration” and this set will no doubt be a thrilling one.
Kacey Musgraves, Tame Impala, Billie Eilish, and ROBYN are other notable acts to grace the stage. Childish Gambino is scheduled once again after having to cancel his 2018 appearance due to a foot injury. Hometown favorite Gary Clark Jr. will bring the heat and his sets are always outstanding.
ACL is open to fans of all ages. Austin Kiddie Limits is a secure part of Zilker Park designated to family-friendly enjoyment. Children ten and younger are admitted free with a ticket holding adult. Come expose your kids to all the different sounds and styles of music that a large festival has to offer!
