BiXX – ‘Breakthrough’

ZYX Trance delivers another power stomping future trance favourite by the USA based BiXX. With releases on top quality labels he always keeps the standards of his productions really high selecting the finest piano melodies, gigantic hair raising synths and gentle hypnotic strings to touch you deeply and uplift you instantly. Reserve space in your digital collection for the mastermind BiXX and his ‘Breakthrough’.

Andrew Rayel – ‘River (feat. AIDYL)’

Overflowing with heartfelt emotion and uplifting intent, ‘River’ expertly underlines the peerless production prowess of Moldovan mastermind Andrew Rayel. With the disarming vocals of rising songstress AIDYL brushing up against the touching piano tones and euphoria-soaked melodies, this is one of those songs no Vocal Trance fan can resist plunging into.

Starpicker – ‘Sapte Coline’

As Starpicker said all the way from Romania “trance has that specific something” and he has surely proved it with ‘Sapte Coline’. A powerful track with an arresting start building up into a beautiful dreamy melody which peaks magically with those plucks and pads, then drilling stabs in the main lead! Surely a stunning new track on High Voltage

ReOrder x Jordan Tobias pres. Crowd+Ctrl – ‘Hush’

ReOrder and Jordan Tobias pull out all the stops with the first record released under their Crowd+Ctrl moniker. With enigmatic vocals and gliding pads soaring over a deep-digging bassline, ‘Hush’ offers both the quiet and the storm.

Fergie – ‘Alpha Centauri’

Slamming down hard with his debut release on Armind, legendary Northern Irish DJ and producer Fergie knows how to whip the crowd into a frenzy. With devastating kick drums and fierce synth lines leading the charge, ‘Alpha Centauri’ packs even more punch than a giant bull that has seen one red flag too many.

Protoculture – ‘Lost In Isolation’

Reflective of a period of ups, downs and time spent in inevitable suspension, Protoculture’sLost In Isolation’ is an album that stems from a life turned upside down. Without the pressure of having to write for dance floors, the South African DJ and producer figuratively set sail to channel his inner explorer and find new musical purpose along the way.

Decked out with fourteen tracks that serve as stepping stones to this change in direction, his sixth album dons the notion of riding out the storm or drifting aimlessly waiting for the next wave to form. It’s about overcoming struggles, pushing against the stream and seeing the beauty beneath the murky surface. Protoculture may have been ‘Lost In Isolation’, but the surge of inspiration has clearly never been stronger.

Sevenn – ‘Hybrid Techno’

“I fell in love with techno in 2017 after spending around 6 days straight clubbing in Ibiza at clubs like Amnesia, Pacha and DC10, which changed my life. To me, it felt like what it must have been like for teenagers in the 60s to hear Jimi Hendrix for the first time, just completely revolutionary. So sonically authentic, vibrant, dramatic, dark… Each night felt like wandering into a dark forest you knew you shouldn’t be in but felt like you had to explore. I wanted to bring all those elements from melodic techno, afro house, deep house, and techno into a fresh new package, with powerful sounds, sometimes slightly detuned and twisted to play with more organic synthesis. Using the word ‘Hybrid’ gives me (and other producers) room to explore this incredible genre and bring a new and charming sound to the dance floors.”

MAKJ x MADDS x Mila Jam – ‘Just Sayin’

The first-ever get-together between MAKJ, MADDS and Mila Jam, ‘Just Sayin’ oozes with summer feel and global dance floor appeal. Supercharged by long-tailed bass steps that perfectly complement the airy vocals and sun-kissed beat drops, this track is an anthem to days spent at the seaside.

Pete K – ‘Amber’

Marking the imprint’s 4th release of the year so far, ‘Amber’ showcases the Portugese producer’s dynamic bass-lines and slick synth-based melodies, sprinkling a gorgeously retro-tinged feel to the production. Merging the track’s spacious hook with an emotive breakdown, the production displays the slick approach we’ve come to expect from Pete K in recent times.

Joachim Pastor – ‘Right Now (Zonderling Remix)’

Adding to a sterling discography of spectacular remixes, Zonderling put their hand to one of the brilliant cuts taken from Joachim Pastor’s forthcoming album. Adopting a darker vibe that immediately pricks up listeners’ ears, this version of ‘Right Now’ emanates exactly the right amount of dance floor purpose.

H300 – ‘Flames’

H300’sFlames’ is shuddering, emotive and glitters like a cresting wave shimmering in the sun, swelling, and building to become a feat of energy and emotion. An ode to clarity and inspiration for the eternal at a time of confusion and murkiness, ‘Flames’ is a necessary and timely piece of pop art.

Patrick Cowley – ‘Menergy (Purple Disco Machine)’

Tapping into the trademark big room disco sound that he has made his own in recent years, Purple Disco Machine delivers a polished remix of ‘Menergy’ that’s characterised by an infectious driving bassline and finely crafted breakdowns.

CRaymak – ‘Goodbye’

This new compilation is well-timed as the year’s hottest months arrive, bringing a cool breeze and relaxing energy to the sweaty early days of summer.

Tenaj x Luca Marchetta – ‘Secret Seduction’

Emerging electronic music artists Tenaj and Luca Marchetta teamed up to release ‘Secret Seduction’, a late-night anthem. The transcendent single from both up-coming talents is sure to ignite the summer dancefloors all night long.

Astralwerks – ‘Back To The Club’

As states and venues slowly begin to reopen across America, and with hopefully more to come throughout the world soon, we felt the time was right to re-highlight some of the incredible music that was released over the last 18 months via Astralwerks. Thumping, shimmering, and full of life, these tracks haven’t yet had the chance to be blasted through club speakers and celebrated on the dance floor…until now with ‘Back To The Club’.
